Trade Fairs in Madrid: 2026-2027 Calendar for Exhibitors

Are you exhibiting in Madrid and not sure which fair to choose? Picking among all the fairs in Madrid is harder than it looks. IFEMA hosts dozens of events every year, dates change from one edition to the next, and many calendars mix trade fairs with consumer shows, markets and concerts. Pick the wrong fair or book too late, and the investment may never turn into clients.

This guide lists only the professional trade fairs in Madrid for 2026 and 2027, with their official dates: the upcoming ones, a month-by-month calendar and a view by industry. You will also find the venues that host them, how to get there and a few stands we have built, so you can choose your fair and plan your stand with time to spare.

Which are the upcoming trade fairs in Madrid?

If your fair is just around the corner, start here. The season at IFEMA MADRID opens on 4-5 November 2026 with Tech Show Madrid, PRIVEL and Advanced Manufacturing Show, and November is the busiest month in this calendar, with 16 trade fairs between 4 and 26 November. These are the next ones, from the closest to the furthest away:

Madrid trade fair calendar 2026-2027

The calendar covers the professional trade fairs at IFEMA MADRID with confirmed dates, from November 2026 to June 2027, plus those already dated for 2028. The fairs with a link are the ones where we already explain how we work on your stand.

Where are trade fairs held in Madrid?

Almost everything happens at IFEMA, but not everything. And knowing where you are exhibiting changes access, unloading and even the type of stand you can build. These are the three venues worth knowing.

IFEMA MADRID

IFEMA MADRID is Madrid’s exhibition centre and where almost every fair in this calendar takes place. It sits in Campo de las Naciones, in the Barajas district, and has been based here since 1991, with 13 halls of between 5,400 and 21,600 m², so there is room for large-format stands.

To get to IFEMA MADRID, take metro line 8 to Feria de Madrid station, the same line that serves Madrid-Barajas airport, or drive via the M-11 or the M-40. One thing to bear in mind: if your stand is a custom design, IFEMA has to approve the project before set-up.

IFEMA MADRID Palacio Municipal

IFEMA MADRID Palacio Municipal is the congress centre in Campo de las Naciones, close to the airport. IFEMA has run it since 2019, and it offers more than 30,000 m² of usable space, designed mainly for congresses and corporate meetings.

Recinto Ferial de la Casa de Campo

The Recinto Ferial de la Casa de Campo sits right inside the Casa de Campo park, close to the city centre, with four halls and open-air space. It hosts sector fairs and exhibitions, but none of the fairs in this calendar. You can reach it by metro at Lago (line 10) or at Puerta del Ángel and Alto de Extremadura (line 6).

Madrid trade fairs by industry

Your industry matters more than the date: the best fair is the one your buyers visit. This is how IFEMA’s events break down by industry. Fashion, gifts and art (MOMAD, Intergift, PMG Promogift or ARCOmadrid) have their dates in the calendar.

Technology and energy

If you sell technology, mark November. Tech Show Madrid brings together cloud, cybersecurity and data centres, and SIMO Educación takes technology into the classroom. In energy, MATELEC and GENERA share the week of 24-26 November. There are more events among the technology trade fairs in Spain and Europe.

Construction and industry

November is key again: VETECO, Construtec, Smart Doors and Piscimad make up the International Construction Week. REBUILD arrives in March with industrialised construction, and logistics has its event at Logistics & Automation and Empack.

In April, Motortec gathers the automotive aftermarket, like other industrial trade fairs in Europe.

Food and hospitality

The year starts with Anuga Select Ibérica in February, continues with HIP and hospitality in March and ends with gourmet food at Salón Gourmets in April.

Fruit Attraction, the fruit and vegetable fair, held its edition in October 2026 and has no dates for 2027 yet. These are some of the year’s major food trade fairs.

Health and pharma

Expoinmed brings health technology together in June, and SocioCARE does the same for the care sector in May. Expodental and Expoóptica+Audio do not return until March 2028, so there is plenty of time to prepare your stand for these health trade fairs.
