What is VETECO and when does it take place
VETECO is the International Window, Facade and Solar Protection Exhibition organised by IFEMA MADRID, and the leading Spanish trade fair for manufacturers and installers of building envelope systems. The next edition runs from 10 to 13 November 2026 at the IFEMA Madrid exhibition centre, with more than 46,700 professionals expected.
It is a biennial show, held within SICON, the International Construction Week, alongside Construtec, Smartdoors and Piscimad, with 560 exhibiting companies and 38,000 sqm of exhibition space. Each edition concentrates two years of product development, and 16% of the participation at this international trade fair comes from outside Spain. Aluminium and PVC window manufacturers, facade and curtain wall systems, glass, solar protection, hardware and machinery all exhibit together, all of it around the energy efficiency of the building, and the audience is technical: installers, metalwork shops, architects and specifiers.

What a window and facade stand really needs
Exhibiting building envelope systems is not the same as exhibiting showcase product. These are the four problems we solve before drawing anything.

Load-bearing structure for real samples
An aluminium window with glazing is heavy, and a facade panel heavier still. We calculate fixings, counterweights and reinforcement so your samples are held safely and visitors can operate them without anything shifting.

Product that opens and closes
At VETECO you sell with your hands. We leave swing clearance around every opening, set handle heights within reach and plan circulation so the aisle does not block when someone stops to try a tilt-and-turn.

Lighting that proves the glass
Solar control, low-emissivity and safety glazing only read with the right light. We plan natural and technical lighting so the performance is visible rather than something you have to explain.

A technical area for specifiers
Architects and installers ask about sections, test data and construction details. We set aside a technical table with cut-away profile samples and room to go through documentation properly.
A reusable stand between VETECO editions
Because VETECO runs every two years, a stand built for a single edition is money thrown away the moment it is dismantled. We design reusable, demountable structures whose parts are stored and recombined for the next edition or for other construction trade fairs.
On a stand with structural demands this has an extra advantage: the expensive part is the substructure carrying your samples, and that is exactly what gets kept. We work with FSC and PEFC certified timber, aluminium and recyclable materials.

Can you install full-size windows and facade panels on the stand?
Yes, it is standard practice at VETECO. We calculate the substructure, fixings and counterweights needed to carry aluminium or PVC windows with glazing, curtain wall panels and solar protection systems, so visitors can operate them safely across all four days.
What does your VETECO stand design and build service include?
It is a turnkey service: design and 3D render, structural calculation, manufacturing at our own workshop, transport to IFEMA Madrid, build and dismantling on site, and support throughout the show. We also handle the venue’s technical documentation and the electrical connections.
How do you light a stand showing glass and solar protection?
Carefully, because the product is transparent. We combine general and directional lighting so solar control, low-emissivity coatings and profile finishes can be appreciated, avoiding reflections that hide the performance. It is one of the decisions that most changes how product is perceived at this show.
Can the stand be reused at the next edition?
Yes, and here it pays off especially well. We build demountable structures whose parts we store between editions, and on a stand with a load-bearing substructure that is the most valuable part. For the next edition the graphics are refreshed and the layout reconfigured to suit your space.
Can you install at IFEMA even though your workshop is in Barcelona?
Yes. We manufacture at our Barcelona workshop and travel to IFEMA Madrid with our own build crew, as we regularly do for shows at the Madrid venue. Transport and coordination with IFEMA are part of the turnkey service.
