The VETECO 2026 exhibitor guide is public and sets build-up dates, heights, solid walls and second floors. These are the four figures that shape the stand design most.

Designing a VETECO stand with full-scale samples and product people can test
Free-design build-up starts on 1 November and lasts seven days, with long hours. So we fix the samples, the demo power and the open frontage in the first sketch.
Full-scale samples
Profile sections, corners and glass at full size, on supports calculated for their weight and well lit.
Product that works
Windows that open, blinds that rise and doors that operate, with power and cabling planned from the drawing.
Frontage open to the aisle
Solid closures cannot exceed 50% of each frontage: glass fronts and product that invites people in.
Build-up with margin
We arrive with a prefabricated stand and install between 1 and 7 November, with no improvising in the hall.

What costs most in a VETECO stand with full-scale window samples
We do not give figures without seeing your plot: the cost of a VETECO stand depends on the metres, the weight of the samples and how much product works. These are the six factors.
Heavy samples
Glass and profile at full scale need reinforced structure and supports to be shown safely.
Product in motion
Motorised blinds and doors need power, cabling and a repeatable demo throughout the show.
Glass frontage
Open fronts with glass and good light raise the finish cost, but they draw visitors in.
Height and second floor
Going above the general height needs a set-back, more structure and documentation.
Rigging
Hanging the brand or product goes through a separate project and booked hanging points.
Seven-day build-up
A stand built in the workshop needs fewer hours in the hall and avoids delays.

When is VETECO 2026?
On 10-13 November 2026 at IFEMA Madrid: 10 to 12 from 09:30 to 18:30 and on the 13th until 16:00.
What is the International Construction Week?
The joint event of CONSTRUTEC, VETECO, SMARTDOORS and PISCIMAD, which IFEMA holds on the same dates and at the same venue, with its own congress.
How much does a VETECO stand cost?
It depends on the plot, the samples and the product that works, so we give no figure without the plan. To orient yourself on the items, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
Can I build a two-floor stand?
Yes, up to 7 m in halls, with the upper floor set back 1 m. Not in the connection areas or on the sides of Halls 9 and 10.
Can I close my stand with walls?
Up to 50% of each aisle frontage. To close more, set it back 3 m and do not exceed 80% of the frontage.
Until when can the project be uploaded?
In 2026 the deadline was 1 October. For the next edition, start with months to spare and review the steps to organise a trade show in advance.
