Madrid trade fairs where we have built stands
Why choose us as your exhibition stand company for Madrid?
We are an exhibition stand builder and contractor that builds, pre-assembles and installs in Madrid with its own crew. This is what changes when we travel with your stand to the venue.
Pre-assembly before we travel
The stand is built in full before it leaves and checked. It reaches Madrid tested and is assembled at the venue, not improvised.
No intermediaries
Exhibition stand design, build and installation with our own team. The people who built your stand travel with it, so you have the same contact at the venue.
Transport and installation included
The quote comes fixed, with the transfer to Madrid, the staff at the venue, the dismantling and the removal.
We know IFEMA Madrid
Our crew knows the access points, logistics and rules of IFEMA, and we handle the installation deadlines.
Is your show in Madrid?
Tell us the trade show, the square metres and the date. We come back with a 3D booth proposal and a fixed quote, with the transfer to Madrid included.

Tell us about your projectHow much does an exhibition stand in Madrid cost and what drives the budget
A stand has no fixed price: its cost changes with these six factors, and in Madrid the transfer also weighs. For more detail, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
Surface and plot type
A corner or two open sides ask for more vertical structure and more finished faces than an inline plot.
Height and second floor
In large halls like those at IFEMA, height is what makes you easy to find from afar, and it adds structure and a project.
Furniture and finishes
This is the widest margin in the budget: we adjust the finish and the made-to-measure piece to what you need to show.
Audiovisual and lighting
Screens, lighting and sound are quoted separately and can be rented for a single show.
Transport and staff at the venue
This is the item specific to installing in Madrid from outside the city, and it is always included and fixed in the quote.
Between one show and the next
Your stand stays with us between editions and we leave it ready for the next date at IFEMA, so the second edition costs less.

Common questions about installing an exhibition stand in Madrid
These are the questions we get most before starting a project in Madrid. If you have any other, write to us without obligation.
How far ahead should I start?
For a complex stand design, 4 to 6 months of planning is ideal (steps to organise a trade show in advance). With less margin we also work, but tell us as soon as you can.
Do you have an office in Madrid?
No. We work from Barcelona and travel to Madrid with the stand already pre-assembled and with the crew that built it, with the transfer included in the quote.
Do you handle the paperwork with IFEMA?
Yes. Our technical managers handle the documentation, the legalisation of the electrical installation and the installation deadlines with IFEMA, following its exhibitor regulations (PDF in Spanish).
Do you install and dismantle the exhibition stand yourselves?
Yes. We travel with the stand, install it at the venue and, when the show ends, dismantle it and remove everything. We recover what can be reused.
Is a modular or a custom exhibition booth better?
A modular stand is quick and economical if what you need is simple, but it limits the design. We focus on custom stands and advise you without obligation.
How much does an exhibition stand in Madrid cost?
It depends on the plot, the design and the transfer, so we give no figure without the plan. The six factors in the cost and budget section show where the money goes.
