What is Expodental and when does it take place
Expodental is the Dental Equipment, Products and Services Show organised by IFEMA MADRID together with FENIN, and the leading event for the dental sector in Spain. It is a biennial trade fair: the last edition ran from 11 to 13 March 2026 at IFEMA Madrid, and the next one is expected in 2028, with dates still to be confirmed by the organiser.
The numbers show the scale of the shop window: more than 400 direct exhibitors, 900 companies represented, 1,800 brands and around 31,000 professionals including dentists, dental technicians, hygienists, distributors and clinic buyers. Because it only runs every two years, the stand you exhibit with has to perform across a full edition and still hold up for the next one.

Dental chairs, scanners and imaging units are heavy and need to be tried out. We calculate floor loads, access routes and service connections so the equipment gets in, is installed and runs on the stand without improvising on site.

Lots of product and many brands in few square metres. We design bespoke display units and hidden storage so the range looks ordered and your sales team can handle several visitors at once.

Dental laboratories and materials
Here it is all about detail and finish. We work technical lighting and display cabinets that do justice to small pieces, with a coherent visual identity that signals precision.

Training, software and clinic services
If you sell training or software, the stand is a demo room. We build in screens, demo stations and a quieter conversation area where you can explain without competing with aisle noise.
A reusable stand between Expodental editions
Because Expodental runs every two years, a stand built for a single edition is money thrown away the moment it is dismantled. We design reusable, demountable structures whose parts are stored and recombined for the next edition or for other healthcare trade fairs.
We work with FSC and PEFC certified timber, aluminium and recyclable materials, and we store the structural elements at our facilities between shows. For the following edition the graphics and layout are refreshed, and the bulk of the investment is already amortised.

When is the next edition of Expodental?
Expodental is a biennial trade fair organised by IFEMA MADRID with FENIN. The last edition ran from 11 to 13 March 2026 and the next one is expected in 2028, with dates still to be confirmed. We recommend starting the stand design six to eight months ahead.
What does your Expodental stand design and build service include?
It is a turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing at our own workshop, transport to IFEMA Madrid, build and dismantling on site, and support throughout the show. We also handle the venue’s technical documentation and the electricity, water and data connections your equipment needs.
Can you build a stand with working dental chairs and equipment?
Yes. It is one of the particularities of Expodental: many exhibitors show equipment in operation. We calculate floor loads, access routes for the machinery and the water, drainage and power connections each unit requires, and coordinate installation with your technical team.
Do you design display cabinets and lighting for small pieces?
Yes. For dental laboratories, materials and instruments we work with bespoke cabinets and directional technical lighting built into the stand joinery. The aim is for small pieces to read well up close while the whole space signals precision.
Can the stand be reused at the next edition?
Yes, and in a biennial show it makes complete sense. We build demountable structures whose parts we store between editions. For the next one the graphics are refreshed and the layout reconfigured to suit your space, reusing the bulk of the investment.
Can you install at IFEMA even though your workshop is in Barcelona?
Yes. We manufacture at our Barcelona workshop and travel to IFEMA Madrid with our own build crew, as we regularly do for shows at the Madrid venue. Transport and coordination with IFEMA are part of the turnkey service.
