What is FITUR and when does it take place
FITUR is the International Tourism Trade Fair organised by IFEMA MADRID and the annual meeting point for the global travel industry. The next edition runs from 20 to 24 January 2027 at the IFEMA Madrid exhibition centre, with Puerto Rico as partner country.

A reusable stand, edition after edition
FITUR is a fixed date every January. If you exhibit every year, we design a modular, reusable stand that keeps your brand image consistent and cuts the cost of each edition without giving up a bespoke finish.
We store the structural elements at our facilities between shows, and for the next edition we refresh the graphics and reconfigure the layout to suit whatever space IFEMA allocates you. We work with FSC and PEFC certified timber, aluminium and recyclable materials.

When does FITUR 2027 take place?
FITUR 2027 runs from 20 to 24 January 2027 at IFEMA MADRID, with Puerto Rico as partner country. The first days are trade only and the weekend opens to the general public. To arrive with room to spare, the stand design should be signed off before the end of the previous summer.
What drives the cost of a FITUR stand?
The floor area of your space, how many sides are open, the height and whether it has a double deck, the materials and finishes, and extras such as technical lighting, AV or furniture. A reusable stand costs more in the first edition and less in the following ones. We prepare a fixed quote with no obligation based on your space and your objectives.
What does your FITUR stand design and build service include?
It is a turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing at our own workshop, transport to IFEMA Madrid, build and dismantling on site, and support throughout the show. We also handle the venue’s technical documentation and the electricity, water and data connections.
Do you build stands for tourism boards and regional governments?
Yes. Institutional destination stands have their own requirements: a presentation and events area, space for co-exhibitors from the territory, press facilities and set design that represents the destination. We plan the space so all of that coexists without the stand losing coherence.
Can you include audiovisual technology in the stand?
Yes. We integrate LED screens, videowalls, projection and interactive displays into the stand structure rather than bolting them on afterwards. At a show as visual as FITUR it is one of the most effective ways to stop visitors in the aisle.
How long does it take to have a FITUR stand ready?
Six to eight weeks covers briefing, design and 3D render, sign-off, manufacturing and installation. Even so, for FITUR we recommend starting in September or October: it is the busiest build period at IFEMA and last-minute availability gets complicated.
Can the stand be reused at the next edition of FITUR?
Yes. We build demountable structures whose parts we store between editions. The following year the graphics are refreshed and the layout reconfigured to suit your space, reusing the bulk of the original investment.
