The Fruit Attraction 2026 exhibitor guide is public and sets build-up dates, heights, solid walls and second floors. These are the four figures that shape the stand design most.

| Height | 4 m at most for any element. To raise or hang up to 6 m, set back 1 m around the perimeter. In the connection areas and on the entrance sides of Halls 9 and 10, the maximum stays at 4 m. source |
| Rigging | In Halls 9 and 10 nothing can be hung from the last truss to the cafeteria area. In the half of Hall 14 under the technical walkway, the maximum rigging height is 5.5 m. source |
| Overhangs | Construction, decoration and spotlights may not project more than 50 cm beyond the allocated space, and only from 2.5 m high. source |
| Solid walls | At most 50% of each aisle frontage. Longer closures are set back 3 m and cannot exceed 80% of the frontage length. source |

Designing a Fruit Attraction stand with fresh product, chilling and a visitor route
In 2026 the project had to be approved by 30 August and build-up lasts only a few days, with long hours. So we settle the chilling, the tasting and the visitor route in the first sketch.
Chilling and product on show
Planned from the drawing: chilled showcases, power and drainage where needed, with no improvised cables.
Tasting without queues
A counter with two fronts and a waiting area so visitors can taste without blocking the aisle.
Brand above the product
Height is limited, but the brand can hang up to 6 m if set back 1 m.

When is Fruit Attraction?
The 2026 edition runs 6-8 October at IFEMA Madrid, from 09:30 to 19:00 on 6 and 7 and until 16:00 on 8. The 2027 dates are not published yet.
How much does a Fruit Attraction stand cost?
It depends on the plot, the chilling and the tasting, so we give no figure without the plan. To orient yourself on the items, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
What is the maximum height?
4 m for any element, or up to 6 m to raise or hang if you set back 1 m around the whole perimeter.
When must the project be submitted?
In 2026, before 30 August, together with the rigging one if you hang elements. To avoid rushing, review the steps to organise a trade show in advance.
Can I build a two-floor stand?
Yes, up to 7 m in halls, with the upper floor set back 1 m and the final structure documentation. Not in the connection areas.
Are there awards for the best stand?
Yes, the Best Stand Awards, which assess visual quality, originality, design and sustainability through a professional jury and visitor votes.
