Four days of tasting put a stand through things a normal exhibition build never faces. These are the ones we plan first.

Tasting counter sized for service
The tasting counter is the heart of the stand. We set its height, length and approach so visitors can be served without queueing into the aisle, with the till point and materials where your team actually needs them.

Back-of-house, water and refrigeration
Plates, glasses and cold product need somewhere to live. We design a hidden back-of-house with water, drainage, refrigeration and storage, sized for four days of restocking rather than for the opening morning.

Lighting and materials for close viewing
Fine food sells on detail. We work lighting, shelving and materials so a jar, a bottle or a cheese reads as a premium product from half a metre away, which is the distance that matters here.

Meeting area away from the counter
Behind the tasting there is a distribution deal to close. We keep a table away from the counter, so a conversation with a buyer or importer is not held standing up in the middle of the crowd.
A reusable stand, edition after edition
Salón Gourmets is a fixed April date and most producers come back year after year. We design a modular, reusable stand that keeps your brand image consistent and cuts the cost of each edition without giving up a bespoke finish.
The advantage is the same as at any show with services: the bar and the back-of-house modules are the expensive part to resolve, and they carry over. We store the structural elements at our facilities and refresh graphics and layout to suit your space, working with FSC and PEFC certified timber and recyclable materials.
