A reusable stand, edition after edition
REBUILD is an annual date and most exhibitors return. The REBUILD structure is modular by design, so the identity survives and the invoice shrinks edition after edition.
At a fair built around industrialisation and sustainability, a demountable, reusable stand is not just cheaper, it is the same argument you are making to your own customers. We work with FSC and PEFC certified timber, aluminium and recyclable materials, and store the structural elements between editions.

When does REBUILD 2027 take place?

Can you install heavy modules or offsite units on the stand?
Yes. We check floor loading, hall access and lifting requirements with the venue before the design is closed, and plan the assembly sequence so a module or full 3D unit can be brought in, positioned and, where needed, made walkable for visitors.
Can the stand itself show our materials?
That is usually the strongest option at REBUILD. We integrate sample walls, cut-away sections and texture panels into the structure of the stand, so visitors can touch the product and see how it is built rather than looking at it behind glass.
What does your REBUILD stand design and build service include?
For REBUILD it includes the render, the structural calculation, the joinery, the freight to IFEMA Madrid, the build, the dismantle and cover during the show. We also handle the venue’s technical documentation and the service connections.
What happens to the stand after REBUILD closes?
Yes, and at this show it is also consistent with your message. We build demountable structures whose parts we store between editions, refreshing graphics and layout the following year and reusing the bulk of the investment.
Your joinery is in Barcelona. Can you still install REBUILD at IFEMA Madrid?
Yes. The REBUILD stand is made here and installed by our own installers at IFEMA Madrid, not by a local subcontractor. We handle the haulage and the venue paperwork with IFEMA Madrid as part of the REBUILD service.
