PRIVEL 2027 build rules that shape a free-design stand
The PRIVEL 2027 exhibitor guide is public and sets build-up, heights, solid walls, sound and activities inside the stand. These are the four figures that shape the design most.

| Height | 4 m along the perimeter. To raise or hang decorative elements up to 6 m, set back 1 m around the perimeter. Not available in the connection areas between halls. source |
| Overhangs | Construction, decoration and spotlights may not project more than 50 cm beyond the allocated space, and only from 2.5 m high. source |
| Solid walls | At most 50% of each aisle frontage. Longer closures are set back 3 m and cannot exceed 80% of the frontage length. source |

Designing a PRIVEL stand as a meeting room for retailers, even in a few metres
At PRIVEL 2027 the project must be approved before 30 September and the minimum surface is small. So we decide early how much product you show and how much room is left to sit.
Table before showcase
The heart of the stand is a table to close terms, with the product behind it and in view.
Product in its pack
Samples in final packaging, ordered as on the shelf, so the retailer pictures the product in store.
Controlled sound
The fair limits sound to 60 decibels, so we handle the acoustics and do not rely on speakers.
Small stand that feels big
Open fronts and furniture that closes without hiding, not exceeding 50% solid closure per frontage.

What costs most in a small PRIVEL stand with a meeting area and product in its pack
We do not give figures without seeing your plot: the cost of a PRIVEL stand depends on the metres, the meeting tables and how much product you show. These are the six factors.
Meeting tables
Every table or room adds furniture and insulation, and reduces the space left for product.
Product in its pack
A display ordered like a shelf needs careful fabrication and graphics, not generic shelving.
Tasting
If you taste product, water, furniture and cleaning must be planned and notified to the fair.
Brand graphics
A clear identity for each range needs quality printing and parts that can be swapped.
Height and rigging
Raising the brand needs a set-back and, if hung, a project approved in time.
Build-up in an afternoon
Build-up starts in the afternoon. A prefabricated stand reduces the hours in the hall.

When is PRIVEL?
The 2026 edition is on 4-5 November and the 2027 one on 3-4 November, in Halls 12 and 14 of IFEMA Madrid.
What is PRIVEL?
The private-label trade fair organised by IFEMA with Alimarket, with three areas: Food, Non food and PetCare, and its own congress.
How much does a PRIVEL stand cost?
It depends on the plot, the meeting tables and the product you show, so we give no figure without the plan. To orient yourself on the items, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
What is the minimum surface?
12 m². With few metres, the design splits the space between product and meeting table, with no store in view.
Can I play music or use speakers on the stand?
No live music, and sound may not exceed 60 decibels, with speakers pointing inwards at 2 m high at most.
Can I close my stand with walls?
Up to 50% of each aisle frontage. To close more, set it back 3 m and do not exceed 80% of the frontage.
