What is PRIVEL and when does it take place
PRIVEL is the trade fair for private label manufacturers and retailers organised by IFEMA MADRID with Alimarket as main partner. It connects manufacturers of own-brand product with national and international suppliers and distribution groups. The next edition takes place on 4 and 5 November 2026 at the IFEMA Madrid exhibition centre.
It is an annual, strictly professional show, and a short one: two days to hold every meeting that matters. The 2026 edition runs a buyer programme with attendees from more than 30 countries and over 50 distribution groups. Because the agenda is so concentrated, a stand that cannot host a private conversation is a stand that wastes the trip.

In private label you sell your plant as much as your product. We use the stand to convey capacity, certifications and quality standards with graphics and materials, so credibility is established before the conversation starts.

Reusable structure for a short show
A short show does not justify a throwaway stand. We build reusable structures that go up and come down quickly and can be reused at other trade fairs, so a two-day event does not consume a full year’s exhibition budget.

PRIVEL is an annual date, and for a two-day show reuse matters even more. We design a modular, reusable stand that keeps your brand identity, goes up quickly and can travel to other food and retail fairs during the year.
We store the structural elements at our facilities between editions and refresh graphics and layout for the next one, working with FSC and PEFC certified timber, aluminium and recyclable materials, which is increasingly something distribution groups ask their suppliers about.

When does PRIVEL 2026 take place?
PRIVEL 2026 takes place on 4 and 5 November 2026 at IFEMA MADRID, organised with Alimarket as main partner. It is only two days, so the stand has to be ready to work from the first hour: there is no time to fix anything once the show opens.
How many meeting spaces should our stand have?
It depends on your appointment schedule, and that is the first question we ask. We size the stand around the number of simultaneous meetings you expect, deciding between open tables, semi-private areas or a closed room. At PRIVEL, seated capacity is usually worth more than display frontage.
Can you include private rooms for buyer negotiations?
Yes. We build closed or semi-private meeting rooms within the stand, with reasonable acoustic separation, so pricing and volume can be discussed without the next buyer overhearing. We fit them in without blocking the approach from the aisle.
What does your PRIVEL stand design and build service include?
The PRIVEL service runs from render to empty plot: manufacturing, transport, installation, dismantle and on-site cover. We also handle the venue’s technical documentation and the service connections your product needs, including refrigeration if you exhibit food.
Is it worth a custom stand for a two-day show?
It is if the stand is reusable. We build demountable structures that we store between editions and that can travel to other food and retail fairs during the year, so the investment is not written off after two days. That is the approach we recommend for this show.
Can you build our PRIVEL stand at IFEMA Madrid from a workshop in Barcelona?
Yes. We manufacture in Barcelona and take the PRIVEL stand to IFEMA Madrid with our own installers, as we do all year for Madrid fairs. Freight and dealing with IFEMA Madrid are part of what we take on for PRIVEL.
