What makes an INTERAZAR stand with many machines and a meeting room cost more
We do not give figures without seeing your plot: the cost of an INTERAZAR stand depends on the metres, the number of machines and the rooms you need. These are the six factors.
Power and cabling
Each machine adds load, a socket and a cable route, and the board is sized for the whole load.
Machines on show
More machines need more surface, platforms or supports and free space around them to be tried.
Own lighting
Careful light to stand out among screens adds installation and control throughout the show.
Deal room
Every private room adds structure and insulation, and must respect the frontage closure limit.
Height and rigging
Raising the brand needs a set-back and, if hung, a project approved in time.
Reusing the stand
A modular design pays off if you return to INTERAZAR or take the stand to another gaming show.

The questions that come up most when preparing a free-design stand at IFEMA Madrid. The rules cited are those of IFEMA’s 2026 guides, until the INTERAZAR 2027 one is out.
Is INTERAZAR the same show as FIJMA?
Yes: INTERAZAR is the current name of the former International Gaming Fair, with 47 years of history per the organiser.
When is INTERAZAR 2027?
On 16-17 March 2027 at IFEMA Madrid, and for the first time in Hall 12, per the organiser.
How much does a INTERAZAR stand cost?
It depends on the plot, the number of machines and the rooms, so we give no figure without the plan. To orient yourself on the items, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
Can you supply power to all the machines?
Yes: we calculate each machine’s consumption from the drawing and size the board and sockets before building.
Can I close my stand with walls?
Up to 50% of each aisle frontage. To close more, set it back 3 m and do not exceed 80% of the frontage.
When should I start designing?
With months to spare: in the 2026 guides the project is approved one month before build-up. See the steps to organise a trade show in advance.
