How far ahead should I start?
For a complex stand design, 4 to 6 months of planning is ideal (steps to organise a trade show in advance). With less margin we also work, but tell us as soon as you can.
Do you have an office in Madrid?
No. We work from Barcelona and travel to Madrid with the stand already pre-assembled and with the crew that built it, with the transfer included in the quote.
Do you handle the paperwork with IFEMA?
Yes. Our technical managers handle the documentation, the legalisation of the electrical installation and the installation deadlines with IFEMA, following its exhibitor regulations (PDF in Spanish).
Do you install and dismantle the exhibition stand yourselves?
Yes. We travel with the stand, install it at the venue and, when the show ends, dismantle it and remove everything. We recover what can be reused.
Is a modular or a custom exhibition booth better?
A modular stand is quick and economical if what you need is simple, but it limits the design. We focus on custom stands and advise you without obligation.
