Questions before ordering your stand for a Paris trade show

How far ahead should I start?
For a complex stand design, 4 to 6 months of planning is ideal (steps to organise a trade show in advance). With less margin we also work, but tell us as soon as you can.
Do you have an office in Paris?
No. We work from Barcelona and travel to Paris with the stand pre-assembled and with the crew that built it. We do not subcontract the installation.
Do you handle the paperwork with Villepinte and Porte de Versailles?
Yes. We prepare the stand drawings and paperwork and build to the venue rules published on the Viparis website. If the stand has special structures, we file them in advance.
Do you install and dismantle the exhibition stand yourselves?
Yes. We travel with the stand, install it at the venue and, when the show ends, dismantle it and remove everything. We recover what can be reused.
Is a modular or a custom exhibition booth better?
A modular stand is quick and economical if what you need is simple, but it limits the design. We focus on custom stands and advise you without obligation.
How much does an exhibition stand in Paris cost?
It depends on the plot, the design and the transport, so we give no figure without the plan. The six factors in the budget section show where the money goes.
