Brands that trust us
The one fair where the stand is judged as a piece of design in itself
Exhibiting at Maison&Objet means presenting to buyers, decorators and architects whose entire job is taste. They are not reading your product in isolation; they are reading it inside whatever you built around it. A generic shell with good products inside reads as a brand that has not thought about it, and that impression is formed before anyone speaks to your team.
What Maison&Objet is and when the next edition opens
Maison&Objet is the international reference fair for decoration, interior design and lifestyle, held at Paris Nord Villepinte. It runs twice a year, in January and September, and the January 2027 edition takes place from 14 to 18 January 2027. It welcomes upwards of 67,000 professionals and more than 2,300 brands, organised into areas covering signature and project work, decoration and design, fine craft, fragrance and wellness, gift and play, and fashion accessories. The mix of retail buyers and prescribers is what makes it demanding: the same stand has to take an order and win a specification. Hall allocation follows those areas, so where you are placed depends on how you are classified, and it is worth arguing about at booking time rather than accepting the first offer.
Turnkey service for your Maison&Objet stand
We keep the whole project in one place. The same team draws it, makes it in our joinery and installs it at Villepinte, which for a fair judged on finish is the only way to guarantee that what was approved is what appears. A single contact also files the venue orders, so nothing gets lost between a designer and a subcontractor.
Design
Collaborative briefing, a strategy built around your visitor and a photorealistic 3D render of your space.
Manufacturing
In-house joinery and manufacturing with premium, high-quality and sustainable materials at our Barcelona workshop.
Build & install
Transport and coordination to Paris Nord Villepinte, on-site build and dismantling by our own crew, and dedicated support throughout the show.
Projects that back every stand we build
Twenty years of custom stand design across Europe for brands whose proposition is visual, where a poorly finished edge is not a snag on a list but a lost customer.
What your Maison&Objet stand needs, depending on what you sell
Maison&Objet covers very different worlds under one roof. These are the four we build for most often, and each one changes the plan completely.
Decoration and lifestyle brands
Your product needs a context. We build set scenes rather than shelving, lit the way a home would be lit, because a buyer orders what they can already picture in a room.
Fine craft and small producers
A small plot, a high price point and no room for error. We concentrate on one strong material gesture and impeccable detailing, which is far more convincing than filling the space with fixtures.
Gift and play
Hundreds of small references and a buyer scanning fast. We use tiered display zoned by theme so the range reads at a glance and nothing important ends up at ankle height.
Fragrance and wellness
What you sell is partly invisible. We plan testing points with air separation, so a visitor can actually smell one product rather than the accumulated fog of your whole range.
Two editions a year is an argument for building well once
Because Maison&Objet runs in January and September, a brand that attends both is building twice a year. We make modular, reusable structures designed for exactly that rhythm: the shell returns to our workshop, is refinished and reconfigured, and comes back with the new collection. The seasonal change is expressed in the styling and the graphics rather than in a new stand each time, which is what makes attending both editions affordable.
Frequently asked questions about Maison&Objet stands
What decoration, gift and lifestyle brands ask us before booking their space at Villepinte.
When does Maison&Objet 2027 take place?
The January edition runs from 14 to 18 January 2027 at Paris Nord Villepinte. Maison&Objet is held twice a year, in January and September, so confirm which edition you are booking before planning production.
Our plot is small. Can it still look like a serious brand?
Yes, and usually better than a big one done thinly. We spend the budget on materials and lighting in a reduced footprint rather than spreading it across a larger space, because at this fair a small immaculate stand outperforms a large mediocre one.
Can you match a specific material or finish?
Yes. Having our own joinery means we can work with your material samples and produce physical test pieces before manufacturing, which matters when your product and the stand are competing for the same visual language.
How important is the lighting?
At Maison&Objet it is decisive. We design the lighting scheme before the layout, choosing colour temperature and rendering for your palette, because hall lighting alone flattens texture and texture is most of what you are selling.
What does your Maison&Objet stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: concept and 3D render, joinery in our own workshop, transport to Villepinte, build, dismantling and support during the five days of the fair.
Can the same stand serve both the January and September editions?
That is exactly how we design it. The structure is stored and refinished between editions and re-dressed for the season, so attending twice a year costs far less than two separate builds.
Maison&Objet 2027 takes place at Paris Nord Villepinte
Maison&Objet returns to Paris Nord Villepinte from 14 to 18 January 2027. Your stand is made in our Barcelona joinery, finished and assembled there before it travels, and installed in France by the same people.
Exhibition stand design and build in Paris
Villepinte is out of the city and well served for freight, which makes the logistics simpler than a central venue but the build windows no less strict. Because our stands arrive finished, the time on site is spent on placement, lighting and styling, which at this fair is the part that decides how the stand photographs.
Contemporanea Eventi builds your Maison&Objet stand
You have the dates and a collection that deserves better than a shell scheme. Tell us what you are showing at Maison&Objet and the plot you have been offered, and we will come back with a proposal built around one idea rather than five.
