What weighs on the budget of a Batimat stand with heavy samples and working product
We do not give figures without seeing your plot: the cost of a Batimat stand depends on the metres, the weight of the samples and how much product works. These are the six factors.

The questions that come up most when preparing a stand at Paris Expo. Batimat’s architecture rules are given to exhibitors by the organiser, so deadlines and heights are confirmed with them.
When is Batimat 2028?
On 2-5 October 2028 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It is a biennial show.
How often is Batimat held?
Every two years: after the 2026 edition, the website announces the 2028 one.
How much does a Batimat stand cost?
It depends on the plot, the samples and the product running, so we give no figure without the plan. To orient yourself on the items, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
Where are the build rules?
In the architecture rules the organiser gives each exhibitor. They are not public, so we ask the client for them before closing the design.
Can I build a two-floor stand?
It depends on the location and on the approval of the organiser and the venue, which set height, documents and deadlines. We confirm it before drawing the second floor.
When should I start designing?

Production in Barcelona and build-up of your Batimat stand at Paris Expo
We build the stand in our Barcelona workshop and take it to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. We install and dismantle it ourselves, within the organiser's hours.
