A SIAL stand is a kitchen that also has to sell
Exhibiting at SIAL Paris 2026 means people will taste what you make, and tasting changes everything about the build. You need cold storage, water, waste and a serving point that does not turn into a queue blocking the aisle. We design exhibition stands for SIAL starting from the plate and working backwards to the structure.
What SIAL Paris is and when the 2026 edition opens
SIAL Paris is the world food innovation trade show and one of the largest food exhibitions on the planet. The 2026 edition runs from 17 to 21 October 2026 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte, and for the first time it opens on a Saturday. It is organised around ten business sectors that mirror the industry: grocery products, fresh produce, meat, seafood, dairy, beverages and food processing solutions. The show draws in the region of 295,000 professionals from around 200 countries across more than 280,000 square metres, which means buyers arrive with a tight route and very little patience for a stand that does not explain itself in five seconds.
Turnkey service for your SIAL Paris stand
One team takes the project from the first sketch to the last pallet out of the hall. You explain it once and keep a single point of contact for design, workshop, freight and installation at Villepinte.
Design
Collaborative briefing, a strategy built around your visitor and a photorealistic 3D render of your space.
Manufacturing
In-house joinery and manufacturing with premium, high-quality and sustainable materials at our Barcelona workshop.
Build & install
Transport and coordination to Paris Nord Villepinte, on-site build and dismantling by our own crew, and dedicated support throughout the show.
Projects that back every stand we build
Two decades of custom stand design for food and drink companies across Europe, including the refrigeration, extraction and food-safety detail that a tasting stand lives or dies by.
What your SIAL stand needs, depending on what you put on the plate
Four ways of exhibiting at SIAL, four very different builds behind the counter.
Producers who serve tastings
The bottleneck is never the food, it is the layout. We separate serving, preparation and washing so your team is not crossing paths, and we pull the queue inside the stand instead of leaving it standing in the aisle where the organiser will ask you to move it.
Chilled and frozen product
Cold is a structural decision, not an accessory. We size the refrigeration and the power draw up front, position the units where the heat they throw out will not hit the tasting area, and build in access for restocking during the show.
Packaged goods and private label
Here the buyer is scanning shelves, not eating. We build display walls with real facings so the range reads like a supermarket aisle, with a closed meeting room behind it, because private label negotiations do not happen standing up.
Equipment and processing solutions
Machinery is heavy and needs to run. We check floor loading and service connections with the venue before the design is closed, and plan the guarding and the sight lines so a visitor can watch the process safely from the aisle.
One structure, several editions
SIAL Paris is held every two years and most exhibitors come back with the same positioning and a renewed range. We build modular, reusable stands: the counter, the joinery and the cold units are stored and reassembled, and only the graphics and the product mix change. Given the two-year gap it also means your stand is checked and refurbished in the workshop rather than rebuilt from nothing.
Frequently asked questions about SIAL Paris stands
What food and drink exhibitors ask us most before committing to a stand at Villepinte.
When does SIAL Paris 2026 take place?
SIAL Paris 2026 runs from 17 to 21 October 2026 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte. This edition opens on a Saturday for the first time, so plan your staffing rota accordingly.
Can you fit refrigeration and freezers into the stand?
Yes, and it has to be decided early. We calculate the cold capacity and the electrical load your product needs, place the units so their heat output stays away from the tasting point, and leave a restocking route that does not cross the visitor area.
Can you provide water and drainage for a tasting counter?
Yes. We request the water supply and waste connections from the venue and run them inside the joinery, so the counter looks clean from the aisle and your team still has a sink where they need it.
How do you keep the tasting queue out of the aisle?
By designing the flow, not by adding staff. We set the serving point back from the perimeter and shape the entrance so people wait inside your stand. It keeps the organiser happy and it keeps the visitor with you for longer.
What does your SIAL stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, road transport to Villepinte, build and dismantling, and support during the five days of the show. One contact from the first sketch to the final handover.
You are based in Barcelona. Can you install at Villepinte?
Yes. We manufacture in Barcelona and travel to Paris Nord Villepinte with our own installation crew, as we do regularly for shows across France. The stand is pre-assembled in the workshop before it ships, so nothing is improvised on site.
