Three days of pouring, and the stand decides how many people you pour for
Exhibiting at Wine Paris 2027 is a logistics exercise disguised as a design one. Where the chilled bottles sit, where the used glasses go, whether a buyer can put down a glass and take notes: those decisions set a hard ceiling on how many serious tastings your team gets through in three days. Everything else is secondary.
What Wine Paris is and when the 2027 edition opens
Wine Paris is a major international trade fair for wine and spirits, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The 2027 edition runs from 15 to 17 February 2027, opening at nine in the morning and closing at seven on the first two days and at five on the last. It brings together producers and distributors of wine and spirits with professional buyers, and includes dedicated programmes such as Nouvelle Vague for emerging producers, alongside its Club and Academy sessions. It has grown into one of the fixed points of the European wine calendar, which means the buyers you want to see have a full diary before they arrive. Getting a meeting on that diary is easier when the stand gives them a reason to sit down, which is a design decision and not a sales one.
Turnkey service for your Wine Paris stand
One team takes it from sketch to dismantling, and the same person handles the venue requests. On a tasting stand the water, waste and refrigeration orders are the critical path, and Porte de Versailles closes them well ahead of the build week.
Design
Collaborative briefing, a strategy built around your visitor and a photorealistic 3D render of your space.
Manufacturing
In-house joinery and manufacturing with premium, high-quality and sustainable materials at our Barcelona workshop.
Build & install
Transport and coordination to Porte de Versailles, on-site build and dismantling by our own crew, and dedicated support throughout the show.
Projects that back every stand we build
Twenty years of custom stand design across Europe, with tasting counters where the storage, the sink and the service route were resolved before anything visible was drawn.
What your Wine Paris stand needs, depending on how you sell
Four ways of exhibiting at Wine Paris, four different demands on the back of the counter.
Wineries and estates
You are selling a place through a bottle. We use real materials and honest lighting and put cold storage directly under the tasting counter, so nobody walks away mid-conversation to fetch a bottle.
Collective and regional pavilions
Several producers, one identity, and a genuine risk of looking like a row of trestle tables. We build a common architecture with individual counters, each named and each with its own storage.
Spirits and premium brands
Image carries more weight here. We design a back bar with controlled lighting that presents the range without turning the stand into a shop, and keep a separate area for serious conversations.
Importers and distributors
Your fair is a diary. We prioritise seated tasting positions over display, spaced so two buyers at adjacent tables are not listening to each other negotiate.
One structure, many vintages
Wine Paris is annual and your identity changes far less than your vintage does. We build modular, reusable structures: the counter, the back bar, the cold storage and the walls come back to the workshop, are cleaned and refinished, and return the following February with new graphics. The second year you are paying for the wine and the graphics, not for the carpentry all over again.
Frequently asked questions about Wine Paris stands
What wineries, importers and spirits brands ask us before signing for a plot at Porte de Versailles.
When does Wine Paris 2027 take place?
Wine Paris 2027 runs from 15 to 17 February 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, from nine in the morning, closing at seven on the first two days and at five on the Wednesday.
Where do the chilled bottles go?
Under the counter, not at the back of the stand. We integrate refrigeration into the joinery and size it for your real pouring volume, because every trip to a fridge behind a partition is a conversation interrupted.
How do you deal with used glasses?
With a proper washing point and a hidden route for dirty glassware. We request water and drainage from the venue and build them into the counter, which is the single detail that separates a stand that still works on day three from one that does not.
Can you build a stand for a group of producers?
Yes. We design a shared structure with individual positions so each producer has a counter, a name and storage, while the whole reads as one deliberate presence rather than a collection of separate tables.
What does your Wine Paris stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, joinery in our own workshop, transport to Paris, build, dismantling and support across the three days.
We also exhibit at other wine fairs. Can we reuse the stand?
That is how we build them. The structure is designed to be reconfigured for different plot sizes, so the same counter and back bar can travel to the other wine fairs in your calendar instead of being rebuilt for each.
Wine Paris 2027 takes place at Porte de Versailles
Wine Paris gathers the wine and spirits trade at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 15 to 17 February 2027. The stand is manufactured in Barcelona, assembled once in the workshop and installed in Paris by our own crew.
Exhibition stand design and build in Paris
Porte de Versailles is inside the city, so lorry access, unloading times and vehicle sizes are all restricted, and a tasting stand still needs its plumbing connected before the doors open. We plan the delivery and the services around those limits rather than discovering them during the build.
Contemporanea Eventi builds your Wine Paris stand
You have the dates and the wine. What is missing is the furniture that lets a buyer sit down, taste properly and take notes. Tell us how many people you expect to pour for at Wine Paris 2027 and we will size the storage and the counter from that number.
