What Sirha is and when the 2027 edition opens
Sirha Lyon is a world reference for foodservice and hospitality, held every two years at Eurexpo Lyon. The next edition runs from 21 to 25 January 2027. It covers gourmet products, bakery and pastry, kitchen equipment, food products and table arts, and it draws more than 257,000 professionals with over 2,300 exhibitors representing some 4,700 brands. Chefs, buyers, distributors and hospitality groups all attend, and it is also the home of major culinary competitions, which makes the show noisy, crowded and unusually rewarding for anyone whose product is best understood when it is being used. The competitions also concentrate the crowd in waves, so where your plot sits relative to the competition halls affects footfall more than the size of the stand does. It is worth asking about that before signing for a space rather than after.

Kitchen equipment manufacturers
Your machine has to run all day in front of chefs who will judge it instantly. We plan extraction, power and clearances to the equipment specification and lay out the stand so a visitor can see the working side, not just the front panel.
Food producers and gourmet brands
You are here to be tasted. We separate preparation, serving and washing so the team keeps moving, and pull the queue inside the plot instead of leaving it in the aisle.
Bakery and pastry
Ovens mean heat, weight and a smell that sells for you. We calculate floor loading and ventilation and position the oven where the aroma reaches the aisle while the heat does not reach your customers.
Table arts and hospitality supply
No cooking, but a lot of references. We build display that reads as a set table rather than a shelf, because a hotel buyer is imagining a covered service, not a product catalogue.
Two years between editions
Sirha is biennial, so a single-use build has to justify itself across twenty-four months. We make modular, reusable structures whose counters and equipment housings are stored, cleaned and refinished between editions, and reconfigured for the other food shows you attend in the meantime. Between Sirha editions the structure is inspected, the equipment housings are cleaned properly and anything damaged is repaired in the workshop, so the next build starts from a known quantity instead of from a new quotation.

When does Sirha Lyon 2027 take place?
Sirha 2027 runs from 21 to 25 January 2027 at Eurexpo Lyon. It is a biennial fair, following the 2025 edition.
Can we cook on the stand?
Yes, and it is planned from the first sketch. We size the extraction, the gas or electrical supply and the water and waste, and agree the arrangement with Eurexpo well before the build, because these are not things that can be added on site.
Can the stand take heavy equipment such as ovens?
Yes, once we have checked it. We confirm the floor loading and access route for the specific equipment, and design the structure so the units are positioned before the stand closes around them.
How do we manage hygiene across five days?
By designing the route, not by adding staff. We separate clean and dirty flows with a washing point and concealed waste storage, so your team is not carrying trays through the area where people are eating.
What does your Sirha stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our workshop, transport to Lyon, build, dismantling and support during the five days of the fair.
Is being based in Barcelona a problem for a French fair?
For Lyon it is close to ideal. It is a short road journey, we bring our own crew and our own tools, and the workshop is reachable in a day if something has to be remade mid-build.

Sirha fills Eurexpo Lyon from 21 to 25 January 2027. We build in Barcelona and drive to Lyon, which is one of the shortest runs we make, so the stand arrives without a week of freight behind it.

Lyon is close enough to our Barcelona workshop to change how a project is run: a missing part or a late change is a few hours away by road rather than an international freight problem. For a stand with a working kitchen, that margin matters more than it does anywhere else.
