We design spaces for leading brands at Lyon’s biggest trade shows
Why choose us as your exhibition stand company in Lyon?
In-house manufacturing and stand construction for trade shows in Lyon
Lyon hosts the fairs where the product is either cooked, tested or run in front of you, from Sirha to Pollutec. That exhibition stand needs water, extraction or three-phase power designed into the stand design from the start, not patched on site, and it is built in our own carpentry workshop so those services are already routed when it arrives.
Stand installation at Eurexpo Lyon with crews who know the venue
With three independent entrances the venue can run several events at once, so the entrance your hall belongs to decides your access route and your unloading time. Our stand builders confirm the exhibition stand entrance and access route before the truck leaves our workshop.
Beyond the organiser modular booth
The organiser package is a partition, a name board and a carpet tile. At Sirha, surrounded by working kitchens, or at Pollutec next to a running treatment unit, it reads as an empty plot with a logo. An independent stand builder is what turns the space into somewhere a buyer stops.
A Lyon exhibition booth usually has to let someone taste, test or watch something happen. We plan the demonstration first, then the storage and the queue it will create, and the rest of the layout follows from there.
Exhibition stand design and build with a turnkey 360º service
One exhibition stand builder owns design, manufacturing, transport and installation. Nothing is passed to a French subcontractor who has never seen your drawing, which is where most of the gap between render and reality comes from.
01
Strategic 3D design of your exhibition stand in Lyon
As an exhibition stand design company in Lyon, we start from what has to happen physically on your stand, a tasting, a demo, a technical explanation, and design the space so it happens in view of the aisle rather than hidden behind it.
02
Exhibition stand manufacturing for Lyon in our own workshop
Exclusive furniture, state-of-the-art lighting, large-format graphic printing and services routed for water, extraction or power where the brief needs them. The render you approve is what stands at Eurexpo.
03
Installation and dismantling at Eurexpo Lyon
Our stand builders for trade shows in Lyon install to the organiser rules and the entrance schedule of your hall, stay on call while the fair runs and clear the plot on time at the end.
Lyon trade fairs where we build your stand
Food service, environmental technology and leisure each have a major French fair in these halls, and they ask for very different services on the plot. Whether it is a custom exhibition stand or an event booth, we come knowing what yours needs plumbed and powered.

Custom exhibition stands in Lyon that make the difference
Twenty years of stands that had to do something, not just be looked at: serve, demonstrate, refrigerate or run a machine. All of these exhibition stands were made by our own carpenters in Barcelona.
What the brands that exhibit with us in Lyon say
None of these are selected by us. Trustindex republishes the Google reviews as written, by clients whose exhibition stand we delivered and installed.
Common questions about exhibition stand construction in Lyon
The questions clients ask before a first fair at Eurexpo. If yours is not covered, put it to us directly.
How far in advance should I order my exhibition stand in Lyon?
Four to six months for a custom build, and at the longer end if your stand needs water, extraction or heavy power, because those have to be requested and approved well before build-up. Send us the fair and the plot and we will tell you what is still possible.
Do you handle the paperwork with Eurexpo and the organiser?
Yes. Stand drawings, build-up and dismantling planning, and the electrical, water and rigging requests are all prepared and submitted by us, and the exchanges with the organiser stay on our side.
Do you build in Lyon even though your workshop is in Barcelona?
We do, and there is no local partner hidden behind it. We hold no warehouse in France. Your stand is assembled and checked in full at our Barcelona carpentry workshop, then dismantled, driven to Lyon and rebuilt at Eurexpo by our own team.
Modular booth or custom stand for Eurexpo?
Modular is reasonable for a small plot or a first appearance. Once your stand has to serve food, run equipment or hold private meetings, custom is not decoration, it is what makes the plot usable. Give us the brief and we will say which one your objective justifies.
Which fairs in Lyon do you build exhibition stands for?
Sirha Lyon, Natexpo, Degré Zéro Lyon, Pollutec, Solutrans, FIP, Intermaintenance, PCH Meetings, Piscine Global Europe, Equita Longines and Japan Touch Haru, all at Eurexpo. Corporate events elsewhere in the Rhône-Alpes region are also part of what we do.
Let us handle your stand design for your next trade show in Lyon
At Sirha or Pollutec the stands people remember are the ones where something was actually happening. Tell us the fair and what you need to demonstrate, and one of our designers will come back with a proposal built around it.
