This year the world’s largest Cardiology Congress, the ESC Congress 2017 returns in Barcelona! Where? In the Gran Via exhibition center. When? From 26 to 30 August. All of Contemporanea Eventi Team is ready to get down to work!
The last year ESC Congress 2017 had taken place in Rome, reaching 32.897 participants and this year are expected record numbers in Barcelona!
ESC Congress 2017: Record Edition
The fairs director is organising everything in the best way and this year the guest’s experience of ESC Congress 2017 will be really comfortable and much easier thanks to the new metro station “Fira”: very close to the entrance and well-connected with the airport and the centre of city! The exhibition centre that will host ESC Congress 2017 congress consists of 8 pavillions, connected by a walkway and characterized by the most advanced technological and logistical services. The design is innovative and sustainable (inside there is one of the largest photovoltaic parks); it contains a number of dining options, and most importantly, a few steps away, it is the large shopping centre “Gran Via 2” with many restaurants, bars and shops.
In 2014 the ESC Congress in Barcelona broke several records about scientific submission and delegates’s number establishing a strong partnership between the directorate of the Escardio and the city’s exhibition centre. According to this, Isabel Bardinet, CEO of the European Society of Cardiology claimed “ESC Congress 2014 was held in Barcelona and will be remembered as one of the best and most exciting in the history of the society”.
ESC Congress 2017: World Largest Cardiology Congress
ESC Congress 2017 will set up groups of experts (clinicians, nurses, health care industry proponents, opinion leaders, technicians etc..) from several countries to increase awareness of the cardiovascular disease that each year causes over 4 million deaths in Europe. In particular, the aim of this event is promoting prevention, diagnosis and management of heart and blood vessels diseases.
Moreover, during the ESC Congress, there will be several conferences and meeting between various guests and some of them are the most respected scientists and doctors in the world. Their purpose is attempt to provide a comprehensive picture of the cardiovascular science and give support answering fulfil all the participant’s question.
