The WindEurope Annual Event is the main gathering of the European wind energy industry, combining a conference and an exhibition. The 2027 edition takes place from 20 to 22 April 2027 in Copenhagen, at the Bella Center, and is expected to bring together more than 16,000 participants: ministers, chief executives, investors and decision makers from across the wind value chain. Turbine manufacturers, component suppliers, installation and marine contractors, software and service companies all attend. Because the conference programme structures the day, footfall arrives in concentrated waves, and a stand that cannot absorb a rush and then hold a private meeting is working at half capacity.

The event moves city, the stand should not be rebuilt
The WindEurope Annual Event changes host city between editions, which makes a single-use build expensive. We design modular, reusable structures that pack efficiently for long road transport and reconfigure to different plot shapes, so the stand built for Copenhagen travels to the following editions with new graphics instead of being replaced. Between editions it is stored and inspected in our own facility, which for a stand that has done a Copenhagen round trip is worth doing properly.

How many private meeting rooms can we have?
It depends on the plot, and it is the first thing we calculate. At this event we usually recommend more meeting space and less display than a client initially expects, because the value here is in scheduled conversations.
Can you display large components or sections?
Yes, within the venue limits. We confirm floor loading and access dimensions before the design is fixed, and where a full component is impractical we build a sectioned or scaled version that still explains the engineering.
Is transporting a stand to Denmark a problem?
No, but it changes the process. The stand is completely assembled and inspected in the workshop before loading, and we travel with our own crew and spare fixings, because improvising at that distance is not an option.
What does your WindEurope stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Copenhagen, build, dismantling and support during the three days of the event.
Can we reuse the stand at the next edition in another city?
Reusing it across editions is the whole point of how we build. The structure packs for road transport and reconfigures to different plot sizes, so one investment covers several annual editions wherever they are held.

The WindEurope Annual Event 2027 is held in Copenhagen from 20 to 22 April 2027. We manufacture in Barcelona, assemble the stand once in the workshop and transport it north with our own installation crew.
Exhibition stand design and build across Europe
Copenhagen is a long road journey from Barcelona, which is exactly why the stand is fully assembled and checked in our workshop before it leaves. Anything missing discovered on site in Denmark cannot be fixed with a drive back to the joinery, so nothing is left to be resolved there.
