What the SiGMA summit is and when the Rome edition opens
SiGMA is one of the largest gatherings of the iGaming, betting and esports industry, and its main European summit is now held in Rome at Fiera Roma. The 2026 edition is scheduled for 2 to 5 November 2026, with around 30,000 delegates and more than 1,200 exhibitors and sponsors spread across nine halls and several conference stages. Operators, affiliates, platform providers, payment companies and regulators all attend. Note that SiGMA runs several summits under related names, so confirm with the organiser which event and which city you are booking before you commit to a plot. Getting that wrong is not a small mistake: the summits are in different countries and the plots are non-transferable.

Can you build a bar with real service?
Yes, and it needs designing in from the start. We plan the water, waste and refrigeration, size the back-of-house storage for four days of consumption and position the bar so the queue forms inside your plot rather than across an aisle.
How do we keep meetings private on a stand this loud?
By separating them physically. The closed rooms go on the opposite side from the hospitality, with double partitions and absorbent lining, because a meeting room that is only visually enclosed is useless at an event like this.
Can you rig a large overhead brand element?
Yes, subject to the venue. We confirm rigging points and weight limits with Fiera Roma before the design is closed, since in a nine-hall event the overhead element is often the only thing that makes a stand findable.
What does your SiGMA stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Rome, build, dismantling and a technician on site through the event.
We attend more than one SiGMA a year. Can we reuse the stand?
That is exactly what the modular approach is for. The structure is stored, inspected and reconfigured between summits, so one build covers several events instead of commissioning a new stand for each.
