The ProWein 2027 exhibitor manual belongs to the organiser. These are the Messe Düsseldorf technical guidelines, common to its shows, and will be confirmed with the fair’s manual.

| Plan approval | Two-storey stands, special constructions and podiums over 20 cm need, six weeks before build-up, a structural analysis, a description and scaled plans with an escape route plan. source |
| Two storeys | They are authorised only to a limited extent and with the venue’s consent, requested on receiving the stand permit. They are not built on the first floor of Hall 6.1 or in Halls 7.0 to 7.2. Each storey has a minimum clear height of {A(DT, ‘2.5 m’)}. source |

Designing a ProWein stand with a tasting bar, lit bottles and an order table
Wine is bought by tasting. As a second floor needs documents six weeks before build-up, we decide the bar, the rooms and the structure early.
A tasting bar without queues
A bar with two fronts and room to serve and to wait, so tasting does not jam the aisle.
Lit bottles
Shelving with light that respects the wine's colour and makes the glass shine, without glare.
Order table
A seated corner, to one side of the aisle, to talk vintages, prices and logistics.

What pushes up the budget of a ProWein stand with a tasting bar and lit bottles
We do not give figures without seeing your plot: the cost of a ProWein stand depends on the metres, the tasting bar and the order tables. These are the six factors.
Tasting bar
A bar with service adds furniture, fabrication and water, and space that cannot be used otherwise.
Lit shelving
Bottles with their own light add joinery, installation and control throughout the show.
Appellation pavilion
Several wineries under one identity need modules, a shared design and coordination of who builds what.
