MCE, Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, is the international trade fair for HVAC+R, renewable energy and water technology. It is biennial, and the 45th edition runs from 7 to 10 March 2028 at Fiera Milano in Rho, with more than 1,800 exhibitors expected. It covers comfort, efficiency and energy saving for industrial, residential and commercial installations, and its audience is precisely the people who design, install and build those systems. The two-year cycle concentrates a lot of product development into a single week, so the halls are dense and the technical level of the questions is high from the first morning. It also means the people asking are comparing you directly against a competitor they saw an hour earlier, so being able to open a unit and show the inside is worth more than any amount of graphic treatment.

Heating and heat pump manufacturers
Your unit needs to be opened and understood. We build display that allows full access, with cutaway or open units where possible, because the installer wants to see the service route and the connections.
Air conditioning and ventilation
These are judged partly on noise. We plan the position and the acoustic surroundings of any running unit so a visitor can hear it properly instead of guessing over the hall noise.
Water technology and plumbing
A live demonstration needs a real supply. We request water and drainage from the venue and run them inside the structure, so a system can be shown operating rather than described.
Renewables, controls and software
Your value is in performance over a season, which no stand can display directly. We build scenario stations and a meeting table, because this is a specification conversation that takes time and needs somewhere to sit.
Two years between editions, one structure
MCE is biennial, so a build used for four days every two years has to be worth it. We make modular, reusable structures that are stored, inspected and refurbished between editions and reconfigured for the national HVAC fairs you attend in the meantime, which turns one investment into several appearances. It is also the argument your own sector makes about equipment: the cheapest unit over its lifetime is rarely the cheapest one to buy.

Usually yes, and it is worth the effort. We size the power, water and drainage and agree the arrangement with the venue in advance, because a unit that runs convinces an installer far faster than a brochure does.
Can you show units opened up?
Yes, and at MCE it is the most persuasive display there is. We build supports that present a unit with its panels off or with a cutaway, so the service access and the internal quality are visible without dismantling anything.
Can the stand take the weight of large equipment?
We check it before designing. The permitted floor load and the access route are confirmed with Fiera Milano for your specific units, and if the plot cannot take them you find out while there is still time to change it.
What does your MCE stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Milan, build, dismantling and technical support during the four days.
Do you work in Italy regularly?
Yes, Italy is one of our most frequent destinations. The stand travels by road pre-assembled and labelled, with our own crew, so the build does not depend on a local contractor we have never worked with.
