The MEDICA 2026 exhibitor manual belongs to the organiser. These are the Messe Düsseldorf technical guidelines, common to its shows, and will be confirmed with the fair’s manual.

| Plan approval | Two-storey stands, special constructions and podiums over 20 cm need, six weeks before build-up, a structural analysis, a description and scaled plans with an escape route plan. source |
| Two storeys | They are authorised only to a limited extent and with the venue’s consent, requested on receiving the stand permit. They are not built on the first floor of Hall 6.1 or in Halls 7.0 to 7.2. Each storey has a minimum clear height of {A(DT, ‘2.5 m’)}. source |
| Party walls | If the back sides face a neighbouring stand and exceed 2.5 m, they are neutral in colour and carry no advertising. With an open or transparent upper floor the neighbour’s permission is needed. source |

Designing a MEDICA stand with medical device demos, private rooms and documents in time
