We design spaces for leading brands at Lisbon’s biggest trade shows
Why choose us as your exhibition stand company in Lisbon?
In-house manufacturing and stand construction for trade shows in Lisbon
SBC Summit fills the FIL with operators comparing platforms, and the stand has to hold a private commercial conversation in the middle of a very loud floor. Every exhibition stand we built there was designed around meeting rooms and screens, and manufactured in our own carpentry workshop.
Stand installation at FIL with crews who know the venue
FIL runs four interconnected pavilions of 10,000 square metres each, 60,000 covered in total, out at Parque das Nações. Which pavilion you land in decides your access and your build-up window, so our stand builders confirm it before the truck is loaded.
Beyond the organiser modular booth
The rented package is a partition, a fascia and a counter. At SBC Summit, where the exhibitor across the aisle has a two-storey stand and a bar, it does not read as thrifty, it reads as absent. That is the case for an independent stand builder.
Every Lisbon exhibition booth we design starts from how many private meetings you need to run at once and how loud the hall will be around them. Everything else, the graphics included, is arranged around that.
Exhibition stand design and build with a turnkey 360º service
Design, manufacturing, transport and installation stay with one exhibition stand builder. Portugal is a straight run from our Barcelona workshop and we do it with our own crew, not a local subcontractor meeting your drawing for the first time.
01
Strategic 3D design of your exhibition stand in Lisbon
As an exhibition stand design company in Lisbon, we start from the deal you are trying to close on that floor, then design the meeting capacity, the screens and the storage the stand needs to support it.
02
Exhibition stand manufacturing for Lisbon in our own workshop
Exclusive furniture, state-of-the-art lighting, large-format graphic printing and structures built for two-storey layouts where the brief calls for them. The render you sign off is what stands at FIL.
03
Installation and dismantling at FIL
Our stand builders for trade shows in Lisbon install to the FIL and organiser regulations, stay reachable through the show, and clear the pavilion on schedule at the end.
Lisbon trade fairs where we build your stand
Gaming, aviation, tourism and construction all pass through the same four pavilions in Lisbon. Whether it is a custom exhibition stand or an event booth, we build for the crowd your show actually draws.

The contemporary art fair, with gallery stands built as neutral, evenly lit rooms.
Custom exhibition stands in Lisbon that make the difference
These are not generic examples: several of the exhibition stands below were designed and built by us for exhibitors at SBC Summit, in Lisbon, and manufactured beforehand in our own workshop.
What the brands that exhibit with us in Lisbon say
Taken from Google by Trustindex and published without us touching them, written by clients once their exhibition stand was finished.
Common questions about exhibition stand construction in Lisbon
What clients ask before a first show at FIL. Anything not covered here, ask us straight out.
How far in advance should I order my exhibition stand in Lisbon?
Allow four to six months. SBC Summit takes the whole FIL and books out the Lisbon supply chain of contractors, freight and hotels a long way ahead. Tell us the show and the dates and we will be straight about what is still doable.
Have you actually built stands in Lisbon before?
Yes, at SBC Summit in the FIL pavilions, for several exhibitors. Some of those projects are in the portfolio on this page. It is the reason we can talk about the access and the build-up here from experience rather than from a floor plan.
Do you handle the paperwork with FIL and the organiser?
We do. Stand drawings, build-up and dismantling schedules, electrical and rigging requests and any structural approval a two-storey build needs are prepared and submitted by us.
Modular booth or custom stand for FIL?
Modular is fine for a small plot or a first visit. On a floor like SBC Summit, where your competitors are running full hospitality stands, modular quietly places you outside the conversation. Send us the objective and the budget and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
Which fairs in Lisbon do you build exhibition stands for?
SBC Summit, the World Aviation Festival, the Portugal Smart Cities Summit, Tektónica, Tek Green, Green Business Week, BTL, Nauticampo, SNACKEX and ARCO Lisboa, all at FIL. Corporate events elsewhere in Lisbon are also something we take on.
Let us handle your stand design for your next trade show in Lisbon
We have already worked these pavilions, so the conversation can start from what your stand needs to achieve rather than from logistics. Tell us the show and the objective and one of our designers will come back to you.
