The InnoTrans 2028 exhibitor manual does not exist yet. These are the Messe Berlin technical guidelines, and will be confirmed with the show’s manual.

| Height | The maximum height of a structure is the clear internal height of the hall minus 0.50 m, unless the event sets another. In Halls 8.1, 10.1 and 11.1 it does not exceed 3.60 m. Lettering and logos cannot exceed that height either. source |

| Plans and approval | A single-storey structure that meets the technical guidelines needs no approved drawings. Multi-storey structures, platforms over 20 cm, covered or free-standing structures and free-standing LED walls do, with a structural calculation. source |
| Document deadline | Construction documents, with calculation, description, drawings and rescue route plan, are sent to Messe Berlin as PDF six weeks before build-up starts. source |
| Party walls | Each stand is separated from its neighbour with a white, clean, stable panel with no advertising, to the full height of the wall. Advertising facing the neighbour sits at least 1 m from the boundary. source |
| Two storeys | They are allowed with Messe Berlin’s approval, except in Halls 8.1, 10.1, 11.1, 14.2 and 15.2 and some rooms. Each storey has a minimum clear height of 2.30 m, and sprinklers are required if more than 30 m² is built over. source |

Designing an InnoTrans stand with heavy product, calculated supports and approval solved
At a biennial show the stand has to perform and be reused. The documents of a construction needing approval are sent six weeks before build-up, so we settle early the load, the height and the floors.

Production in Barcelona and build-up of your InnoTrans stand at Messe Berlin
We build the stand in our Barcelona workshop and take it to Messe Berlin. We install and dismantle it ourselves, within the organiser's hours.
