Four kinds of InnoTrans exhibitor, four different jobs for the stand. All of them start from the same question: what can you physically bring into the hall.
Rolling stock and vehicle systems
If part of a vehicle comes indoors, everything else follows from it. We confirm floor loading and access dimensions with Messe Berlin first, then design the structure so the component can be walked around instead of viewed from one side.
Components and subsystems
You are selling a part that ends up invisible. We build sectioned displays and cutaways at working height, because a bogie component or a coupling is understood when it can be examined, not when it is photographed on a panel.
Signalling, software and control
Nothing here has a physical form worth showing. We build scenario stations where an operator can run a real sequence, and we sit them in a quiet part of the stand, since these conversations last far longer than a fair average.
Interiors, seating and catering services
What you sell is passenger experience, so it has to be sat in. We construct full-scale interior mock-ups and light them the way the vehicle would be lit, which is the only way to judge fabric and finish honestly.
Two years between editions, one investment
InnoTrans is biennial and the procurement cycles behind it are even longer. A stand that is thrown away after four days makes very little sense against that timescale. We build modular, reusable structures that are stored and refurbished between editions and reconfigured for the other rail and industry fairs you attend in between. The structure is inspected after each show and repaired in the workshop, so the second edition does not start from a stand that has spent two years in a container without anyone looking at it.

We handle the stand and any built elements associated with it. The vehicle placement itself is coordinated with the venue and your own logistics team, and we plan our build schedule around those movements rather than the other way round.
What does your InnoTrans stand design and build service include?
