Infarma’s own rules are in its exhibitor area, which is not public. These are those of the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via technical regulations and will be confirmed with Infarma’s.

| General height | 5 m at most, if the stand’s proportion and the hall’s allow it. Above that it is a complex structure and requires a signed, approved project. In the connection areas between Halls 4-6 and 5-7 the maximum is 4 m. Each event may set another height. source |

| Floor and platforms | Only platform or carpet, which the exhibitor removes at the end. A platform may not exceed 18 cm and its ramp stays inside the stand. Paint, glue and anchors on the floor are not allowed. source |
| Venue walls | It is forbidden to drill, screw or nail into hall walls, ceilings, floors or columns, or to use a neighbouring stand’s walls. The back of the stand gets a decorative finish. source |
| Rigging | Hung structures up to 7 m in the exhibition area, if the hall does not limit it. In Halls 1, 2, 5, 7, 8.0 and 8.1, a maximum of 150 kg per point. source |
| Noise | Demonstrations may not exceed the background level by more than 3 dB and never 60 dB. If exceeded, Fira asks to turn the volume down. source |
| Projection | At events organised by Fira, logos, brands or projections outside the stand itself, with projectors, lasers or light beams, are not allowed. source |

Designing an Infarma stand with pharmacy shelving, testers and an order table
The pharmacist looks, tries and decides in a few minutes, among hundreds of brands. So we design the stand like a small pharmacy, with ordered product and a place to sit and order.

Product ordered by category and at eye level, so the pharmacist pictures your brand in their own shop.

Open, clean samples with easy restocking, so trying is the first thing people do on arrival.

A seated corner, to one side of the aisle, to talk terms, discounts and logistics calmly.
Sound under control
The regulations limit noise to 60 decibels, so the demo is heard close up and not from afar.

What pushes up the budget of an Infarma stand with shelving and an order zone
We do not give figures without seeing your plot: the cost of an Infarma stand depends on the metres, the product shown and the order zone. These are the six factors.
Product shelving
A made-to-measure display, with shelves, testers and its own light, adds joinery and careful finishes.
Light and testers
Light that respects textures and colours, and tester restocking, are planned from the drawing.
Order table
A seated zone adds furniture and surface that cannot be used for product.
Tasting
If you offer supplements to taste, water, furniture and cleaning must be planned.
Height and hung brand
Raising the brand above the general height needs a complex structure and an approved project.
Reusing the stand
A modular design pays off if you return to Infarma or take the stand to other shows in the sector.
