Brands that trust us
IFA is two fairs in one building, and your stand has to serve both
Exhibiting at IFA 2026 means facing something almost no other trade fair does: buyers and the general public in the same aisles. A stand tuned only for retail buyers gets swamped on the weekend; a stand tuned only for the crowd loses the meetings that pay for it. The whole design problem is keeping both audiences without either one ruining the other.
What IFA is and when the 2026 edition opens
IFA is described by its organisers as the world’s largest tech event, bringing together consumer electronics, home appliances and future technology. The 2026 edition runs from 4 to 8 September 2026 at Messe Berlin, with more than 1,900 brands and visitors from around 140 countries. It covers consumer electronics and appliances, computing and gaming, audio, smart home, content creation, mobility, beauty tech and retail innovation. Crucially, it opens to trade visitors and to the general public, on different schedules, so your stand is a press platform, a sales floor and a meeting room across the same five days.
Turnkey service for your IFA stand
The whole build stays with the same people, from the first concept sketch through to the moment the plot is handed back swept. That means one accountable contact for design, joinery, freight and installation in Berlin, and the same person filing the power, rigging and dedicated internet orders. On a technology stand those orders are not paperwork: they decide whether your demonstration works on the opening morning.
Design
Collaborative briefing, a strategy built around your visitor and a photorealistic 3D render of your space.
Manufacturing
In-house joinery and manufacturing with premium, high-quality and sustainable materials at our Barcelona workshop.
Build & install
Transport and coordination to Messe Berlin, on-site build and dismantling by our own crew, and dedicated support throughout the show.
Projects that back every stand we build
Twenty years of custom stand design in Europe, including technology brands whose stands had to survive very heavy footfall and still look new on the last day.
What your IFA stand needs, depending on what you launch
Four kinds of IFA exhibitor, four different balances between show and business. What they have in common is that the layout is decided by crowd flow before anything else.
Consumer electronics brands
You are launching to press and public at once. We build a stage-facing front and a protected rear, so a product reveal can draw a crowd at the perimeter while your buyer meetings continue undisturbed behind it.
Home appliances
Large, heavy units that people want to open. We plan floor loading, water and extraction where a demonstration needs it, and lay out the units so a visitor can walk around a machine instead of queueing behind one.
Audio and gaming
Sound is your product and your problem. We use partial enclosures and absorbent surfaces to hold the demo inside your plot, and place seating positions where the noise from the aisle is lowest.
Components, smart home and B2B
Your visitor is a buyer who has to get through a public crowd to reach you. We put a closed meeting area with its own access on the quiet side of the stand, so a scheduled appointment never depends on crossing the busiest part of the floor.
A stand that comes back to Berlin every September
IFA is annual and most brands return with the same identity and a new product line. We build modular, reusable structures that are stored, inspected and refinished between editions, so the following year the budget goes into the launch itself rather than into rebuilding walls that nobody remembers.
Frequently asked questions about IFA Berlin stands
What technology brands ask us most before committing to space at Messe Berlin.
When does IFA Berlin 2026 take place?
IFA 2026 runs from 4 to 8 September 2026 at Messe Berlin. It is an annual event and it opens to both trade visitors and the general public, on different daily schedules.
How do you protect trade meetings from the public crowd?
By separating them physically and by access. We place the meeting area on the quiet side of the plot, with its own entrance away from the main flow, so a buyer with an appointment does not have to push through a demonstration to reach you.
Will the stand survive five days of very heavy footfall?
That is a material decision made at design stage. We specify hard-wearing surfaces and protected edges in the high-traffic zones, because a laminate that looks perfect on Friday and scuffed on Monday is a false economy at a public show.
Can you handle press events and product reveals on the stand?
Yes. We design the presentation area facing outwards with sightlines for cameras, and we plan the power and sound so a reveal does not take the rest of your stand offline while it is happening.
What does your IFA stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Berlin, build, dismantling and a technician on site across the five days of the fair.
How much power and connectivity will we need?
More than most stands, and both are ordered in advance. We calculate the load from your device list and request a dedicated internet line where demos depend on it, because shared hall wifi at IFA is not something to build a live demonstration on.
IFA 2026 takes place at Messe Berlin
IFA fills Messe Berlin from 4 to 8 September 2026. Your stand is built and pre-assembled in our Barcelona workshop and then installed in Berlin by the people who made it, which is what makes a heavy-traffic build hold up for five days.
Exhibition stand design and build in Berlin
IFA occupies most of the Messe Berlin site and the build window is shared with hundreds of other exhibitors, so access is allocated by slot and there is no room to improvise. Our crew arrives with a stand that has already been assembled once and a plan for every panel.

You have the dates and a launch to protect. The question worth answering early is where the crowd stops and the business starts on your plot. Tell us what you are showing at IFA 2026 and we will come back with a proposal that separates the two.
