What Fruit Logistica is and when the 2027 edition opens
Fruit Logistica is the leading international trade fair for the fresh produce business, running from 3 to 5 February 2027 across the 26 halls of Messe Berlin. It covers the chain end to end, from fresh fruit and vegetables to machinery and technology and the logistics that move them, under the idea of connecting the point of seed with the point of sale. It gathers more than 2,600 exhibitors from over 90 countries, and the visitor is a buyer for a retail chain or an importer with a full diary, so your stand is judged first on whether the product looks good and second on everything else. Three days is also short enough that a display which degrades has no time to recover, which is why the cold and the lighting are decided before the layout.

Fruit Logistica covers the whole chain, and each link needs a different stand. These are the four we build most often.
Growers and producer organisations
Your product is the argument. We build refrigerated display with the right lighting temperature, because the wrong lamp turns a good tomato grey, and we plan restocking so the display is rebuilt each morning without dismantling half the stand.
Importers and traders
You are here for the diary, not the display. We maximise meeting tables with some acoustic separation and keep a small, immaculate product presentation rather than a large one that nobody has time to look at.
Packaging and post-harvest technology
You sell equipment that has to be seen working. We check floor loading and services with the venue in advance and plan the guarding so a line can run safely with visitors at the edge of the stand.
Logistics and cold chain services
You have nothing physical to show, which is the hardest brief in this hall. We give you a strong graphic presence and a proper meeting area, so you are not the quiet plot between two colourful produce displays.
A stand that returns to Berlin each February
Fruit Logistica is annual and the sector is loyal to it. We build modular, reusable structures: the counters, the cold units and the walls go back to the workshop, get cleaned, checked and refinished, and return the following February. For a company that exhibits every year, the second edition costs a fraction of the first.

When does Fruit Logistica 2027 take place?
Fruit Logistica 2027 runs from 3 to 5 February 2027 at Messe Berlin. It is an annual fair and it occupies the great majority of the exhibition grounds, so hall allocation is worth negotiating early.
Can you install refrigerated display on the stand?
Yes, and it is designed in from the beginning. We calculate the cold capacity and the electrical load, position the units so their heat output does not reach the product, and leave a restocking route that does not cross the visitor area.
Can we cut and serve fruit on the stand?
Yes. We request water and drainage from Messe Berlin and run them inside the joinery, and we separate preparation from serving so hygiene is manageable across three busy days.
When does our product need to arrive?
After the cold equipment is running and before the hall closes to deliveries, which is a narrow window. We finish the build early for exactly this reason and confirm the delivery slot with the venue as part of the project.
What does your Fruit Logistica stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Berlin, build, dismantling and support across the three days, plus the venue services requests.
What happens to the cold units after the show?
They come back with the stand. Everything is stored, cleaned and serviced in our facility between editions, so the following February you are reinstalling equipment in known condition rather than hiring unknown equipment locally.

A fresh produce stand at Messe Berlin has to be finished early: the refrigeration needs to be connected and down to temperature before the product is delivered, which is often the night before opening. We plan the build to finish ahead of the cold chain, not alongside it.
