With so little margin only a modular solution or an adapted catalogue stand is feasible; if you already have a plot, tell us as soon as you can and we will say what is possible.
How much does a ESMO stand cost?
It depends on the plot, the rooms and the demos, so we give no figure without the plan. To orient yourself on the items, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
Where are the build rules?
In the technical rules the organiser gives each exhibitor. They are not public, so we ask the client for them before closing the design.
Can I build a two-floor stand?
It depends on the location and on the approval of the organiser and the venue, which set height, documents and deadlines. We confirm it before drawing the second floor.
When should I start designing?
