It is really three shows running at once: Cosmopack, covering the whole supply chain from formulation to packaging and machinery; Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics, for finished products across retail channels; and Hair & Nail & Beauty Salon, for the professional salon and spa world. The 2026 edition brought together more than 3,100 exhibitors and around 255,000 visitors over 170,000 square metres, so which hall you are in changes who walks past your stand far more than anything else.

Cosmopack: packaging and formulation
This hall is technical and the visitor is a buyer, not a consumer. We build sample walls and working meeting tables so hundreds of components can be shown and handled, with the range readable at a glance instead of hidden in drawers.
Professional hair, nail and salon
Here things happen live. We plan the demonstration position, the water and waste if you need a wash point, and enough sightline for a small audience to gather without blocking your own entrance.
Indie and first-time exhibitors
A small plot is not a reason to look small. We concentrate the budget on one strong vertical element that reads from down the aisle, and keep the rest simple, which works far better than spreading the money thinly across everything.
A stand that survives the trip back
Cosmoprof runs every year and the beauty calendar rewards consistency. We build modular, reusable structures with finishes chosen to be repaired rather than replaced, so the shell returns to the workshop after Bologna, gets refinished and comes back next March with new graphics. In a sector where the surface is the message, being able to renew the surface without rebuilding the stand is what keeps the cost down.

Is Cosmopack the same show as Cosmoprof?
They run at the same time in the same complex but they are different halls with different audiences. Cosmopack is the supply chain, packaging and formulation; Cosmoprof Perfumery & Cosmetics is finished product. Being in the wrong one is a positioning mistake no stand design can repair.
Can you match the exact colours of our brand?
Yes. We work to your brand references and finish samples, and produce physical test pieces in the workshop before manufacturing, because a colour approved on a screen and the same colour on lacquered board under fair lighting are rarely the same thing.
Can you install a wash point or a treatment area?
Yes. We request the water supply and drainage from BolognaFiere and run them inside the furniture, which is what you need for live demonstrations in the salon and spa halls.
What does your Cosmoprof stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: concept and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Bologna, build, dismantling and support during the four days. You approve a render and we deliver what is in it.
Can you build in Bologna from a workshop in Barcelona?
Yes, and Italy is one of the countries we work in most. Manufacturing in our own workshop means the finish is controlled before anything travels, which matters more in beauty than in almost any other sector.
