Anuga FoodTec is the only trade fair covering every aspect of food and beverage production, and it is held every three years. The next edition takes place from 23 to 26 February 2027 at Koelnmesse. It covers process technology, filling and packaging, food safety and analytics, digitalisation, intralogistics, sustainable packaging, automation, and environment and energy. Its visitors are production and engineering people who came to see equipment running, which is why a stand full of renders and no working machine underperforms here. The three-year gap between editions also concentrates a lot of product news into a single week, so the halls are busier and the competition for attention is sharper than at an annual show.

Process and production lines
Your equipment is heavy and needs to run. We confirm floor loading, access route and crane requirements with Koelnmesse before the design is closed, and build the stand around the machine rather than trying to fit the machine into a stand.
Filling and packaging machinery
A packaging line only sells when it is moving. We plan guarding and sightlines so visitors can watch the cycle safely from the aisle, and position the operator where they can explain without shouting over the machine.
Food safety, analytics and control
Your product is a system, not an object. We build demonstration benches where a sample can be run through the process in front of a visitor, with a clean, laboratory-like finish that matches what you are selling.
Ingredients, hygiene and services
You have no machine, which in this hall is a disadvantage unless it is handled. We give you a strong vertical presence and meeting space, so you are not the quiet stand between two production lines.
Three years between editions
Anuga FoodTec runs every three years, so the stand has to be worth its cost across a very long cycle. We build modular, reusable structures that are stored and refurbished, and that can be reconfigured for the other machinery fairs you attend in between, which is where the economics of a reusable build really show.

Can we run the machine during the show?
Usually yes, and it is worth doing. We size the power, water and drainage, plan the guarding required for a machine in motion and agree the arrangement with the venue in advance rather than on the morning of the opening.
When does the machinery have to arrive?
Before the stand closes around it, which is often earlier than exhibitors expect. We sequence the build with your logistics, leaving the structure open on the access side until the equipment is positioned and only then completing the walls.
What does your Anuga FoodTec stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Cologne, build, dismantling and technical support during the four days, plus the services requests to the venue.
Can the same structure be used at other machinery fairs?
Yes, and with a three-year cycle it is the sensible approach. The structure is designed to be reconfigured for different plot sizes, so the same investment covers the other industry shows you attend between editions.
