We design spaces for leading brands at Tours’s biggest trade shows
Why choose us as your exhibition stand company in Tours?
In-house manufacturing and stand construction for trade shows in Tours
At a regional fair the competition for attention is lower but the visitor is no less demanding, and a well-made exhibition stand earns disproportionate notice. Ours are built in our own carpentry workshop, which is what makes that level of finish affordable at this scale.
Stand installation at Parc Expo Tours with crews who know the venue
Parc Expo Tours has 22,764 square metres under cover across three halls, including a Grand Hall of 10,000 square metres with no columns, on a 19 hectare site. The congress side of the city runs through the Le Vinci centre. Our stand builders work to whichever of the two your event uses.
Beyond the organiser modular booth
The organiser package here is genuinely the default: most of the hall will be using it. That is precisely why bringing a stand builder works so well in Tours. The bar you have to clear to be the best-looking stand in the room is lower than anywhere else on this list.
A Tours exhibition booth is usually about converting local, in-person interest into a signed job. We design for that conversation: somewhere to sit, somewhere to show the work and no barrier at the front.
Exhibition stand design and build with a turnkey 360º service
One exhibition stand builder covers design, manufacture, transport and installation. For a regional fair that matters more, not less: there is no local crew of ours to fall back on, so everything arrives finished.

Common questions about exhibition stand construction in Tours
What clients ask before exhibiting in Tours for the first time. If we have missed yours, send it over.
How far in advance should I order my exhibition stand in Tours?
Three to five months is usually enough here, a little less than the big international venues, because the local supply chain is not competing with a show of several thousand exhibitors. Send us the fair and the dates and we will confirm.
Do you handle the paperwork with Parc Expo Tours and the organiser?
Yes. Stand drawings, build-up and dismantling times and the electrical requests go through us with the venue and the organiser.
Do you build in Tours even though your workshop is in Barcelona?
We do. The stand is assembled and checked in full in our Barcelona carpentry workshop, then taken apart, driven to Tours and reinstalled by our own team, so nothing depends on finding local help.
Is a custom stand worth it at a regional fair like Tours?
Often more than at a big one, and this is worth being honest about. Most of the hall will be in the rented package, so a designed stand is noticed immediately, and the plots here are smaller and cheaper to build well. Tell us the budget and we will say whether it makes sense in your case.
Which fairs in Tours do you build exhibition stands for?
The Foire de Tours, Ferme Expo Tours, the Salon de l’Habitat, the Salon du Mariage, the Salon du Vintage and Solutions CSE at Parc Expo Tours, plus the Studyrama and Formations salons at Le Vinci. Corporate events in the Loire Valley are also something we take on.
