How far ahead should I start?
For a complex stand design, 4 to 6 months of planning is ideal (steps to organise a trade show in advance). With less margin we also work, but tell us as soon as you can.
Do you have an office in Munich?
No. We work from Barcelona and travel to Munich with the stand pre-assembled and with the crew that built it. We do not subcontract the installation.
Do you handle the paperwork with Messe München?
Yes. We prepare the stand drawings and paperwork and build to the venue rules published on the official Messe München website. If the stand has special structures, we file them in advance.
Do you install and dismantle the exhibition stand yourselves?
Yes. We travel with the stand, install it at the venue and, when the show ends, dismantle it and remove everything. We recover what can be reused.
Can you build around heavy machinery?
Yes. We coordinate the machinery that arrives separately, size the structure for its weight and settle the demonstration area from the first drawing.
How much does an exhibition stand in Munich cost?
It depends on the plot, the design and the transport, so we give no figure without the plan. The six factors in the budget section show where the money goes.
