We design spaces for leading brands at Monte-Carlo’s biggest trade shows
Why choose us as your exhibition stand company in Monte-Carlo?
In-house manufacturing and stand construction for trade shows in Monte-Carlo
Luxe Pack is a packaging fair for luxury brands: the audience examines a fold and a coating professionally. That kind of exhibition stand is cabinetmaking, and it is the reason we keep our own carpentry workshop instead of buying the finish from someone else.
Stand installation at the Grimaldi Forum with crews who know the venue
The Grimaldi Forum offers 41,000 square metres of modular space on the seafront, with the Ravel hall at over 4,000 square metres and the Diaghilev at 3,831. Access in Monaco is famously tight, so our stand builders plan the delivery and the lift into the venue well in advance.
Beyond the organiser modular booth
There is no version of the rented package that works at a Monaco luxury fair. The stand is part of the product story, and a fascia board is not part of any luxury story. This is the one city where hiring a stand builder is not really a choice.
Every Monte-Carlo exhibition booth we design assumes the visitor is qualified and time-poor. The space needs to communicate a level instantly, then give them somewhere discreet to sit down and talk numbers.
Exhibition stand design and build with a turnkey 360º service
One exhibition stand builder owns the project end to end. On a site with the access constraints Monaco has, splitting the job between suppliers is where the timetable breaks.

Strategic 3D design of your exhibition stand in Monte-Carlo
As an exhibition stand design company in Monte-Carlo, we start from the level the stand has to communicate before anyone speaks, then design the materials, the lighting and the private area to deliver it.

Exhibition stand manufacturing for Monte-Carlo in our own workshop
Exclusive furniture, state-of-the-art lighting, large-format graphic printing and joinery finished for inspection at arm’s length. What you approve is what waits at the Grimaldi Forum.

Installation and dismantling at the Grimaldi Forum
Our stand builders for trade shows in Monte-Carlo work to the venue access windows, install to the organiser rules, and remove everything cleanly when the event closes.

Common questions about exhibition stand construction in Monte-Carlo
The questions clients ask before exhibiting in Monaco. If yours is missing, ask us.
How far in advance should I order my exhibition stand in Monte-Carlo?
Five to six months, and treat that as a minimum rather than a guide. The finish level these fairs demand takes longer in the workshop, and access to the Principality has to be planned rather than assumed. Send us the event and the plot.
Do you handle the paperwork with the Grimaldi Forum and the organiser?
Yes. Stand drawings, build-up and dismantling slots, electrical and rigging requests and the delivery authorisations that Monaco requires are all handled by us.
Do you build in Monte-Carlo even though your workshop is in Barcelona?
We do. The stand is built and inspected complete in our Barcelona carpentry workshop, then dismantled, transported and reassembled at the Grimaldi Forum by our own installers. Given how tight the access is, arriving with a finished stand is the only sensible way to do it.
Modular booth or custom stand for the Grimaldi Forum?
Custom, and we will not pretend otherwise. At Luxe Pack or Top Marques the stand is read as a statement about the brand, and a rented system says something you do not want said. If the budget will not stretch, a smaller custom stand beats a larger modular one every time.
Which fairs in Monte-Carlo do you build exhibition stands for?
Luxe Pack Monaco, Top Marques Monaco, Art Monte-Carlo, Les Assises de la Sécurité, E-commerce One to One, EVER Monaco, SPORTEL Monaco and the Festival de Télévision, at the Grimaldi Forum, plus the Monaco Yacht Show at Port Hercule.
