Marseille trade fairs we design and build stands for
How we handle a stand at a city-centre venue like Parc Chanot
We are an exhibition stand builder and contractor that designs, builds and installs in Marseille with its own crew. This is what changes when the same team travels with your stand to Parc Chanot.
Pre-assembly before we travel
We put up the whole stand before it leaves for Marseille and check it. At Parc Chanot we assemble what has already been tested, with nothing improvised.
No local subcontractors
The same team designs, builds, transports and installs. No handover to a local subcontractor halfway through, which is where the built stand drifts from the approved one.
A venue in the middle of the city
Parc Chanot sits inside Marseille, with short delivery windows shared with city traffic. We confirm the unloading slot before we leave.
The meeting comes first
At Euromaritime or Top Transport the deal is discussed seated. We design the meeting room first and the display around it.

Tell us about your projectThe variables that set the cost of an exhibition stand in Marseille
A stand has no fixed price: its cost changes with these six factors, and in Marseille transport also weighs. For more detail, see how to calculate a trade show stand budget.
Surface and plot type
A corner or an island plot asks for more structure and more finished faces than an inline plot.
Height and structure
In a large hall, height is what makes you visible from the aisle, and it adds structure and engineering.
Materials and finishes
We adjust the finish and the made-to-measure pieces to what you need to show: it is the widest margin in the budget.
Audiovisual and lighting
Screens, lighting and sound are quoted separately and can be rented for a single show.
Transport and crew in Marseille
Truck, travel and staff at Parc Chanot are the item specific to building away from home, and they are fixed in the quote.
Venue services
Electricity, water, rigging points and connectivity are ordered from Parc Chanot and quoted as a separate item.

What Parc Chanot exhibitors usually ask us
These are the questions we get most before a project at Parc Chanot. If you have any other, write to us and we will answer without obligation.
How far ahead should I start?
For a complex stand design, 4 to 6 months of planning is ideal (steps to organise a trade show in advance). With less margin we also work, but tell us as soon as you can.
Do you have an office in Marseille?
No. We work from Barcelona and travel to Marseille with the stand pre-assembled and with the crew that built it. We do not subcontract the installation.
Do you handle the paperwork with Parc Chanot?
Yes. We prepare the stand drawings and paperwork and build to the venue rules published on the Parc Chanot website. If the stand has special structures, we file them in advance.
Do you install and dismantle the exhibition stand yourselves?
Yes. We travel with the stand, install it at the venue and, when the show ends, dismantle it and remove everything. We recover what can be reused.
Is a modular or a custom exhibition booth better?
A modular stand is quick and economical if what you need is simple, but it limits the design. We focus on custom stands and advise you without obligation.
How much does an exhibition stand in Marseille cost?
It depends on the plot, the design and the transport, so we give no figure without the plan. The six factors in the budget section show where the money goes.
