CPHI is the leading international trade show for the pharmaceutical industry, and the 2026 edition runs from 6 to 8 October 2026 at Fiera Milano. It covers active ingredients and APIs, contract development and manufacturing, processing machinery, packaging, excipients, formulation and the services layer around them. It gathers in the region of 62,000 professionals and roughly 2,400 exhibitors, most of them looking for a supplier they will audit later, which is why the stand has to project process control before anyone says a word.

API and intermediate producers
You are selling a molecule and a plant nobody can visit. We use the stand to show process and capacity: plant photography at scale, certifications where they can be read, and closed rooms for the technical conversation that follows.
CDMOs and contract manufacturing
Your whole show is the meeting schedule. We maximise the number of private tables the plot allows, with acoustic separation between them, because two clients discussing capacity must not hear each other.
Packaging and delivery systems
Here the product is small and tactile. We build sample stations at working height so a visitor can handle a device or a closure properly, with the range organised by format rather than by catalogue number.
Machinery and processing equipment
Equipment is heavy and often needs to run. We confirm floor loading, access routes and services with Fiera Milano before closing the design, and plan the guarding so the machine can be demonstrated safely from the aisle.
A stand built to travel, edition after edition
CPHI is an annual fixture and it moves between European cities. That makes a disposable build the most expensive option there is. We design modular, reusable structures sized to pack efficiently for road transport, so the same stand can go to Milan this year and somewhere else the next, with the graphics and the meeting layout adapted to each plot.

When does CPHI 2026 take place?
CPHI 2026 runs from 6 to 8 October 2026 at Fiera Milano. Check the dates on the organiser site before booking travel: CPHI rotates between European cities and plenty of third-party pages still list an older edition.
How many private meeting rooms can we fit?
It depends on the plot, but it is the first thing we calculate rather than the last. On a standard island stand we normally fit three to five closed or semi-closed spaces plus an open reception, and we tell you the real number before the design work starts.
Can you guarantee confidentiality between meetings?
We build in acoustic separation: double partitions, absorbent lining and doors or offset entrances rather than open gaps. A trade fair hall is never a soundproof booth, but the person at the next table should not be able to follow your conversation.
Can you display heavy processing equipment?
Yes. We check floor loading and access routes with Fiera Milano before the design is closed, and plan how the machine is positioned, powered and guarded so it can run during the show.
What does your CPHI stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Fiera Milano, build and dismantling, and support on site during the three days. The person who takes your brief is the one who answers the phone during the show.
Can you build in Milan from a workshop in Barcelona?
Yes, and we do it regularly for Italian shows. The stand is pre-assembled in the workshop before it ships, so what happens at Fiera Milano is assembly and finishing, not construction.
