CPHI stand options and rules for Milan and Frankfurt
The CPHI website publishes three stand formats and minimum sizes by zone, and Messe Frankfurt states that its heights do not apply to guest events. This is what is known for 2027.

What drives the budget of a pharma exhibition stand at CPHI
We do not give figures without seeing your plot and the venue: the cost of a pharma stand depends on closed rooms, size and whether it must travel. These are the six factors.
Number of closed rooms
Every private room adds structure, a door and acoustic insulation. It is the item that shapes a pharma stand most.
Plot size
The Basic format has a minimum per zone. More metres mean more structure and more simultaneous meetings.
Height and upper floor
It depends on each edition's venue. If the project needs more height, it is arranged with the organiser.
Modular design to travel
A stand designed for two venues costs more at the start and less per edition.
Graphics and plant photography
Showing process and capacity needs large-format, good-quality photography, planned along with the design.
Transport between cities
Changing venue every year means moving the stand. It is considered from the design of the parts.

Where and when is CPHI?
CPHI Milan runs 6-8 October 2026 at Fiera Milano. The organiser’s website already announces CPHI Frankfurt 2027 and stand booking: check there for official dates.
What stand options does the organiser offer?
Basic (space only, free design), Modular Stand Design (turnkey) and Shell Stand (the cheapest). We work on Basic.
How much does a stand for CPHI cost?

What height can I have in Frankfurt?
Messe Frankfurt states in its construction heights factsheet that its limits do not apply to guest events such as CPhI: they are requested from the organiser. When published, we build them in.
Can the same stand travel from Milan to Frankfurt?
Yes, if it is designed for that: demountable joints, modules that fit transport and swappable graphics. Also review the logistical aspects of the stand.
How is meeting confidentiality protected?
With closed rooms, acoustic insulation and a position away from the aisle. It is what weighs most on a CPHI stand.
