We design spaces for leading brands at Brussels’s biggest trade shows
Why choose us as your exhibition stand company in Brussels?
In-house manufacturing and stand construction for trade shows in Brussels
A nine-day fair with showroom-style stands is a materials problem before it is a design problem. We specify every exhibition stand for the wear it will actually take, and it is made in our own carpentry workshop, so the surfaces and edges that get touched all week are ones we chose ourselves.
Stand installation at Brussels Expo with crews who know the venue
The Heysel site sits inside Brussels rather than out by the ring road, and shares its access with the city. Our stand builders confirm the hall, the gate and the unloading time before the truck leaves our workshop, because there is no room to improvise once it arrives.
Beyond the organiser modular booth
Renting the organiser package puts a frame and a fascia board on your plot and nothing else. On a Batibouw floor where visitors are comparing full showrooms side by side, that reads as a decision about your budget. Bringing in a stand builder is how you avoid making that statement by accident.
Each Brussels exhibition booth we design has to survive a long fair and a mixed audience, from trade buyers on the first days to the general public later. The layout has to work for both without being rebuilt in between.
Exhibition stand design and build with a turnkey 360º service
One exhibition stand builder carries the project from concept to dismantling. The team that drew your stand is the team that installs it in Brussels, so nothing depends on a drawing being interpreted by someone new.
01
Strategic 3D design of your exhibition stand in Brussels
As an exhibition stand design company in Brussels, we design for how long your fair runs and who walks it on which day, then plan the layout so the stand holds up commercially from the first morning to the last.
02
Exhibition stand manufacturing for Brussels in our own workshop
Exclusive furniture, state-of-the-art lighting, large-format graphic printing and finishes chosen for heavy, sustained traffic. The render you sign off is what stands at Brussels Expo.
03
Installation and dismantling at Brussels Expo
Our stand builders for trade shows in Brussels install to the organiser regulations and the venue access times, stay reachable while the fair runs, and dismantle on schedule when it ends.
Brussels trade fairs where we build your stand
Construction, mobility and energy each have a major Belgian fair in these halls, and they ask for very different things. Whether it is a custom exhibition stand or an event booth, we arrive knowing which of them yours has to satisfy.

Custom exhibition stands in Brussels that make the difference
Twenty years of stands built to last a full fair without looking worn on the final day. Every one of these exhibition stands came out of our own workshop before it travelled.
What the brands that exhibit with us in Brussels say
These are not curated by us. Trustindex pulls our Google reviews across unchanged, written by clients once their exhibition stand had been delivered.
Common questions about exhibition stand construction in Brussels
The questions that come up before a first fair at Brussels Expo. Anything else, ask us directly.
How far in advance should I order my exhibition stand in Brussels?
Four to six months for a custom stand, and at the longer end if you are exhibiting at Batibouw, because a nine-day showroom build takes more preparation than a three-day booth. Send us the fair and the dates and we will be straight about what is achievable.
Do you handle the paperwork with Brussels Expo and the organiser?
Yes. We produce and submit the stand plans, the build-up and breakdown schedule, the electrical and rigging requests and any structural approval required, and we handle the exchanges with the organiser from there.
Do you build in Brussels even though your workshop is in Barcelona?
We do, and there is no hidden local partner. We hold no warehouse in Belgium. The stand is built and checked complete in our Barcelona carpentry workshop, then taken apart, transported and rebuilt at Brussels Expo by our own crew, so it reaches the hall as a finished stand.
Modular booth or custom stand for Brussels Expo?
Modular covers a small plot or a first appearance well enough. At a fair where visitors walk full showrooms for days, a rented booth gets skipped. Give us the fair, the space and the objective and we will tell you plainly which one is worth paying for.
Which fairs in Brussels do you build exhibition stands for?
Batibouw, FutureBuild Belgium, Agribex, the Brussels International Motor Show, Autotechnica, Busworld Europe, Interclassics Brussels, European Hydrogen Week, Textiles Recycling Expo EU, Dentex and Estetika, all at Brussels Expo. Corporate events elsewhere in Belgium are also something we take on.
Let us handle your stand design for your next trade show in Brussels
At Batibouw your stand has to still be selling on day nine. Tell us the fair, the plot and what you need it to do, and one of our designers will come back with a proposal built to last it.
