What Ambiente is and when the 2027 edition opens
Ambiente is the leading international consumer goods trade fair and it takes place from 29 January to 2 February 2027 at Messe Frankfurt. It is organised in three big areas: Dining, covering tableware and kitchen; Living, for home furnishing and decoration; and Giving, for gift. Around them sit specialised sections such as Global Sourcing, Hospitality for the HoReCa channel, Contract Business, Ethical Style and Interior Looks. Retail buyers, wholesalers, architects and interior designers all attend, which means the same stand has to serve someone ordering pallets and someone specifying for a project. Hall allocation follows product area, so where you end up is decided by what you sell rather than by when you book, and it changes the kind of visitor who reaches you far more than the size of your plot does.

What your Ambiente stand needs, depending on your product area
Ambiente is really several fairs at once. These are the four situations we build for.
Tableware and kitchen
Your range is large and repetitive by nature. We design modular shelving with a strict grid so a buyer can read an entire collection in one look, and we keep the finishes neutral so the product supplies the colour.
Home decoration and furnishing
Here the stand has to feel like a room, not a shop fitting. We build set scenes with real lighting, because a lamp or a textile only makes sense in a context, and buyers order what they can already picture in a store.
Gift and small format
Hundreds of references and very little space each. We use tiered display and clear zoning by theme or price point, so nothing gets lost and your team can find any item without opening three drawers.
Hospitality and contract
Your buyer is specifying for a hotel or a restaurant group. We provide a working table with samples and finish boards rather than a retail display, because that conversation is technical and long.
A stand that comes back every January
Ambiente is annual and your collection changes far more often than your positioning does. We build modular, reusable structures so the shelving system and the walls return to the workshop, get refinished and come back with the new season, and the budget goes into the display rather than into rebuilding the same shell.

Ambiente 2027 runs from 29 January to 2 February 2027 at Messe Frankfurt. It is annual and it shares the site with its sister events, so the whole exhibition ground is busy that week. Book early if the hall matters to you: allocation follows product area, and moving between halls once assigned is close to impossible.
How much of our catalogue can we realistically display?
More than most stands manage, if the system is designed for it. We calculate linear display metres against your reference count before drawing anything, and tell you honestly what a given plot will hold.
Can you build storage into the stand?
Yes, and at Ambiente it matters more than usual because of order paperwork and samples. We integrate closed storage into the structure so it does not eat into your display frontage or end up as boxes stacked behind a curtain.
Can you match our packaging colours and materials?
Yes. We work from your brand references and finish samples and produce physical test pieces in the workshop, because printed colour and lacquered board under hall lighting behave differently.
What does your Ambiente stand design and build service include?
A turnkey service: design and 3D render, manufacturing in our own workshop, transport to Frankfurt, build and dismantling, and someone on site through the five days.
Can you build in Frankfurt from a workshop in Barcelona?
Yes. We work in Germany regularly and the stand travels by road, pre-assembled and labelled piece by piece, which is what allows a five-day fair to be built inside a short access window.
