How far in advance should I order my exhibition stand in Porto?
Four to six months for a custom stand, and earlier if you are bringing machinery, because the load calculations and the organiser approvals sit at the front of the schedule. Give us the fair and the plot and we will tell you what is realistic.
Do you handle the paperwork with Exponor and the organiser?
Yes. Stand plans, build-up and dismantling times, electrical and rigging requests and the structural sign-off that machinery on a stand requires are all handled by us with the organiser.
Do you build in Porto even though your workshop is in Barcelona?
We do. There is no depot of ours in Portugal. The stand is assembled and inspected complete in our Barcelona carpentry workshop, then dismantled, driven to Matosinhos and rebuilt at Exponor by our own installers.
Modular booth or custom stand for Exponor?
For a small plot, modular is a fair spend. If you are showing machinery or competing at EMAF or Concreta, where buyers are judging build quality all day, custom is the one that does not work against you. Tell us the objective and we will advise plainly.
